Jason brought a partner and did the assembly on a pretty cold day in January. This popped up when I left another review. This person installed a 85" inch TV in our upstairs man…read morecave. He did not put it on a stud and it was very heavy. While putting it up the TV fell but him and my husband caught it after it had taken off Abigail portion of the wall with it! I had mentioned doing some other plastering of the wall like screw holes. I am not a dry wall person. I spoke to his wife the next day and explained the situation and she said he would come out and not charge us to fix the wall and hang it. He came back the next day and as soon as we opened the door he started yelling at us! Told us he didn't appreciate the attitude I gave his wife, which I absolutely didn't! We were both polite to each other and I only said that the he did not do it after it said on the directions it needed to be on a stud. She was very nice! We told him nevermind, we will take care of it in small claims court. He said he would fix it, which was a pretty poor patch job and would be hidden by the TV we would live with it. We were actually both a little scared of him. That has never happened to me or my husband. Never have I been yelled at like that! I called back Keller Wms who recommended them and she took him off the list. I'm sure he was stressed out, but was it worth losing some possible business! Again, no way to go back and corr mistakes here!!
