Reliable, Skilled, and Versatile - Highly Recommend Ben! Ben has helped me with several plumbing needs and odd jobs around the house, and every time he's delivered top-notch service. He recently replaced a faucet and an old hot water heater, fixed some stubborn toilet issues, and even took care of a few off jobs I'd been putting off. He's always punctual, professional, and easy to talk to. Ben explains everything clearly, offers fair pricing, and never leaves a mess behind. It's rare to find someone so skilled and dependable--he's my go-to for anything around the house now. If you need a reliable plumber who can handle more than just plumbing, Ben is your guy. I contacted Angie's list for work that I needed to be completed and I was not physically able to do it. I contacted Rite Hand Industries LLC and explained my delimma to Jeniffer and she handled my problem like a pro. She explained the billing procedure, the price and the date and time it would commence. The workmen came on the date and time as promised and began the work. They did an outstanding job, cleaned up the area better then I could, and the price was on target. I am extremely impressed and i will use this company again. Thanks Jeniffer for your professional and personal attitude and thanks guys for completing an outstanding job. Jim C read more

I agree with the other reviews, Ben is a perfectionist, he will make sure what he's doing is done right. Jennifer, his office assistant is just as great and thorough and I appreciated how she communicated with me through the whole process. She is very kind and friendly!! Great Job! It started with Jenn when we spoke on the phone and then when Ben arrived it continued on. Talking to Jenn was like speaking with someone I had known forever. I felt very comfortable using their service. There was communication throughout and Ben arrived as he said he would and completed the job faster than expected. Being a new SC transplant knowing there is someone I can call is very comforting since the service and skill level is what I am looking for. read more
