First of all Pyramid Contractors is NOT a business but a one 'man' business who has a bunch of worker contacts that he reaches out to in order to do the job he gets hired for. He does NOT have 18 employees like he said he does. This 26 years old guy doesn't have any skilled or professional experiences so be aware. He will overpromise and can't deliver what he has been contracted to do, he can't even project manage the team he hires to do the job on behalf of Pyramid Contractors. We hired him to redo the stucco facade of our townhouse in Brooklyn, and I am not going to extend on how terrible of a job he did but I will instead list all of the issues we have or still are encountering with his work: - Timeline was 2-3 weeks, he barely finished the job in 8 weeks with us being behind him every single days/night asking for more experienced guys almost everyday starting week 2 - He pays his guys $200/day so you will get maybe one experienced guy if you are lucky and little hands to help as the rest of the team, not a professional team who are use to work together - I speak Spanish so once I understood I was not able to get anything from Zubair, I would chat with the guys directly to get things fixed as mistakes were made - No protection were put anywhere before starting the job, we had to ask them to roll cardboard paper and take their shoes off every morning after seeing some damages on our floor from the back and forth - Our brand new large windows got all scratched up from them trying to remove all the cement that dried on it due to the lack of protection on them and not to mentioned that they dropped bucket of paint on our door, staircase and wooden deck without offering to deep clean or repaint anything - Zubair also sub-contracted the new gutter installation and after multiple rescheduling, the first company (who was suppose to be a friend's) pulled out so he had to found someone else who installed a pitch roof gutter on our flat roof leaving the rain water to fully run between the gutter and our brand new facade and creating water damages into our home. - He will come up with the most extravagant excuses and always be apologetic when you try to reprimand him... don't get fooled! I could go on and on about more details but I think you can get the big picture. I am currently thinking legal actions against this guy since he still owe us the reimbursement of the gutter company we have to hire to redo the work (with his agreement that he will cover some of the cost due to the faulty install of his previous guys) and replacement of our glass windows. He will incur much more than this if he doesn't respond for his actions since we could also pursue him with the US department of labor and the Better business Bureau. I will gladly get in contact with anyone who wants to add to this upcoming case. Call me back Zubair, time to take on your responsibilities and act as an adult & professional before facing bigger consequences! PS: PYRAMID CONTRACTORS CORP is liable of "10 years warranty with labor and material, leak and water exposure".
