This small grassy area was an eye sore with dead bushes and weeds. Manuel and his crew removed the dead bushes and weeds from the grassy area, framed it out to create a concrete boarder, then added pavers in the center exactly how we asked. He very accommodating, listened to our ideas snd worked with us to transform this area. In the back he not only did a great job creating a concrete space we can now use as a patio but also removed an old wooden deck we had in the back that really needed to go. He also resurfaced the foundation wall surrounding the house. Manuel and his crew were professional and easy to work with. His price was competitive and at the end of the day my property was left clean and neat. I recommend them and will be using them again in the spring for more work needed on our home.

I remember Sal coming over and recommending a landscape designer to see what was possible, this delayed the process but it was absolutely the right call. They were in the middle for pricing but sals local knowledge and no nonsense attitude were key factors for me. I got stacci confirmed and sal and his team got to work. The staff is top notch and did an amazing job, not just for the main driveway expansion job, but also with reconfiguring my steps (towards the top) to be wider and more welcoming (which I didn't even have specs for!). I had a few other companies come and give estimates but they were lacking in the design area. Devin and his team really impressed me with their professionalism, creativity, and respect for my property. I did not have to chase them as to when they would be showing up as I have with other contractors. His estimate was very detailed and was easy to understand with breakdown and description. His 3D rendering was extremely impressive and really was representative of what he was able to create. Dan was present every single day to get the men set up and to do a check-in with me to make sure I was happy with the process from start to finish. Each day the crew left my property neat, never leaving garbage behind, and were very mindful to never leave my gates open due to me having 2 dogs. As for the work... I was unsure what I wanted exactly but knew I didn't want a cookie cutter yard like most of Long Island. Dan and Devin both worked with me to pick out the perfect colors and showed me how to best utilize the space I have. With landscaping, they were able to give me more privacy and brighten up my entire yard with beautiful perennials. The hot tub area they created with an outdoor television and pergola will definitely be used all year round. The outdoor BBQ and bar area will be the highlight of my outdoor parties! My favorite touch though was the beautiful pool and surrounding stone with an automatic pool cover which means I don't have to worry about my pups accidentally falling in when I'm not outside with them. Based on Yelp reviews we then called Devin from Flawless Masonry & Landscape who told us a circular driveway was absolutely doable! We were so impressed with Devin's design skills (including clear scaled digitized plans) and experience that we hired him on the spot. Plus Flawless's pricing was lower than other quotes we got. Icing on the cake. Then the pandemic hit so the job was delayed (NY orders), but Flawless came through after re-opening and did a superb job for us. The new driveway is both beautiful and functional, even our crabby neighbors like it! It was a big job but Flawless's skilled and friendly crew managed to finish in a week. Tiffany from the office was super responsive and polite throughout the project, keeping me in the loop at all times. Thank you Flawless for your integrity, talent and hard work!
