We were impressed because the other places we called had up to a 3 week wait. Yucute did the work for us yesterday. We have more work that needs to be done so Pat Landscaping will be the company we go to. We need some ivy to be removed so i can start a garden. Not everything was labeled with the price, they seem to get new inventory everyday so it's understandable. The staff is friendly enough to look up whatever is needed (price, plant-care info) but I didn't want to be a nuisance, so I'll probably comeback when it's less busy. I didn't read the bad review until I got home so full disclosure, I'm a person of color, a woman and a mom. I didn't feel any unwelcome undertones and I saw the staff interact with a plethora of diverse customers with respect and equality.
