We elected to replace the rollers with new ones in addition to putting on a new bracket to hold the actuator arm. I figured as long as we were at it we replace the rollers on our other single garage door too. The whole job was done quickly and professionally on a HOT Sunday afternoon. Jacob answered all our questions and we felt no sales pressure from him. We can't say enough good about both Jacob and OGD. Five stars all the way! I ended up calling another garage door company, and they immediately discovered that the garage door was not properly balanced, a basic issue that should have been checked and corrected during the initial service.
