All of the dental assistants are friendly and knowledgeable as well. I have had a bunch of different work done here (cleanings, fillings, retainer fittings), and everything has gone off without a hitch. Both dentists are really great about explaining their processes and they normally offer a sip of water or a short break if things are getting overwhelming. One of the best things about Steinbach Dental is the TV installed on the ceiling above the patient's chair. They let you flip on any channel you want. It's pretty great to watch the Food Network or HGTV to distract you from your teeth getting worked on. The building is clean and surprisingly cozy for a medical facility. When I got there they could tell I was in a lot of pain and they took the time to hear me out and work through some tests to help me find a solution. While they didn't see any obvious issues, they did call a partner specialist while they were in the room with me to try and get me seen by them that day. Now it is 45 minutes until her appt. I call the office to let them know that it hasn't been called in. They kept me on hold for 13 min. I finally hung up and drove to their office just o find out..oops, they just called it in. THEN the worst part comes. Both my daughter and I inform them she has terrible TMJ and needs a break to close her mouth every 10-15 minutes. Sure, ok, no problem we are told. NOPE, once they started, they NEVER stopped. She was crying in pain and they just kept saying we can't stop. "The mouth guard won't be sanitary anymore". SO use a NEW one, like other better dentists do!!! NEVER ever again will we or anyone else we know, will ever go there again!!!!

I made an appointment with the Brookfield office and was seen the next day. I got my exams and paperwork all done in that same visit and 5 weeks later I got my braces. Today marks a month since I started using my Invisalign and I honestly love them. I am comfortable wearing them, removing them and putting them in. I was greeted by very friendly knowledgeable staff. Ive had 2 appointments and both went smooth. My next appointment will be Dec 7 to check my progress and get my remaining retainers.
