They have done a tremendous job, assisting me and getting that fixed. Now, I look like a normal human being again, and not some slack-jawed yokel. Dr. Plecas heard I was standing in a wedding the following week and nervous about swelling. He called their other locations to see if anyone could assist Monday but then instead made time same day in between patients to get the tooth pulled. They told me they would try and move some things around and they called me back within an hour with a same day appointment. When I got there they could tell I was in a lot of pain and they took the time to hear me out and work through some tests to help me find a solution. While they didn't see any obvious issues, they did call a partner specialist while they were in the room with me to try and get me seen by them that day. I'm super grateful to Dr Plecas and his team for accommodating me when I needed help, and making sure they took the time to work through it all. They are always super nice, non-judgemental and take great care of their team and staff. Dr. Van Ryn, his secretary Jaylin, and his various assistants are exactly what I was looking for in my dental care. I have had a lot of work done over the years and needed to find a place I could return for regular maintenance. I couldn't be happier with them. They are patient, attentive, caring, detail-oriented, and customer service oriented. One salient example of their 10/10 status occurred when I submitted the wrong version of my Delta Dental insurance. The covered amount of my root canal was therefore miscalculated, and I was surprised to receive an automatic email saying I needed to pay several hundred more. When I brought this up to Jaylin, he conferred with Dr. Van Ryn and said "don't worry about giving us more money; it was our duty to make sure we were submitting to the correct insurance." I was blown away. The cleaning was very thorough, the endodontist recommendation was fantastic, and the crown was well-made. Dr. Van Ryn is fantastic at finding nerves to numb you up fast. He's also efficient with his time, and you're not in the chair for long. Please ignore the 1-star reviews about former staff membes and come to this clinic for your dental care. You won't be disapppointed!

Now it is 45 minutes until her appt. I call the office to let them know that it hasn't been called in. They kept me on hold for 13 min. I finally hung up and drove to their office just o find out..oops, they just called it in. THEN the worst part comes. Both my daughter and I inform them she has terrible TMJ and needs a break to close her mouth every 10-15 minutes. Sure, ok, no problem we are told. NOPE, once they started, they NEVER stopped. She was crying in pain and they just kept saying we can't stop. "The mouth guard won't be sanitary anymore". SO use a NEW one, like other better dentists do!!!
