Wish I'd read the reviews before booking online…read more I showed up promptly for my appointment right on time, using vacation time to do so. I received an email from the company stating that my appointment was confirmed and that I would receive scheduled service at noon today. It's noon. There's nobody at the office and the door is locked. A couple other patients with appointments also encountered the locked door. Confirming an appointment and then not being open at the confirmed time without contacting the patient to let them know is unforgivable. A company that cannot get the basics right certainly cannot be trusted to get the sophisticated work of dental care right. I recommend saving yourself time and frustration. Their web site is also offline (see photo); this feels more like a fly by night operation and I think I dodged a bullet after reading the reviews. Edit: I just received ANOTHER email from their scheduling system saying they'll see me *next* Friday at noon. Oh no you won't.

First thing I'd like to say is I wish I had followed the advice of those that gave honest one star…read morereviews and chose a different dentist. On a scale of 1-10 I rate them a "0". I booked an emergency appointment due to being in severe pain. I waited 45minutes after arrival to be seen. Unknown to me I had to do a "new patient" exam and my pain and concern wouldn't be resolved at my emergency appointment. A complete waste of time. The office feels like the 1980's & lacks the presence of modern sanitation precautions. For example, the x-ray cover up that they lay on you was filthy and worn out and the exam room was dirty and the chair didn't have any type of plastic on it. In every room I felt like I came behind the next persons germs. Also the office was very dim the exam room was dim and no extra light was used during my physical exam with the doctor. It took 30 min just for x-rays because the initial assistant assigned to me was so inexperienced she didn't know how to place the plates in my mouth and acted like she was scared to touch ppl so another assistant had to take over. That second assistant entered the room without even speaking and carried a nice nasty attitude throughout my visit as if she was irritated. Dr. Bautista is very inexperienced, lacks beside manners, empathy, and the skill set to address all dentistry issues with the best possible care. Instead of focusing on resolving my pain - once she confirmed the source was a root canal she focused on a cleaning instead of focusing on at least repairing my filing on the opposite side so that I can not have pain on that side. She is concerned about making the max dollar off every patient. She insisted on doing a full cleaning before my root canal & fillings instead of just doing a localized cleaning of the area that needed the work and scheduling a cleaning for after the holes in my teeth were sealed. Crazy thing about it she wasn't even doing the work to fix my issue but wanted to put me in more pain with a cleaning on a mouth with the nerve exposed. Shame on her! After I refused she got angry and rude. Made a scene tellling her staff she'd make an exception to only provide services that I need but I'm the only patient she's doing that for. Told them to add a localized cleaning instead of a full one. It was at that moment I fully lost trust in the doctor & in Aspens ability to service my needs. I put my coat on and got up outta there while the assistant was typing on the computer like Madea in Diary of a Mad Black Woman. This place was the worst dental office experience I've ever had. They need to know that attitude matters, it's not always what you say but rather how you say it, when ppl are in pain the worst thing you can do is leave the pain unaddressed &/or to cause more pain, and lastly an emergency dentist visit is just that and patients should leave with the emergency resolve just the same as going to the perfect room at a hospital! An emergency visit is not for a comprehensive exam but to address the tooth or teeth that's cause pain & to FIX IT! If patients want an exam they'll book it. Shame on y'all for being so piss poor! All the negative reviews that you see about this place - BELIEVE IT & use your imagination to add the rest.

(Great way to diet btw) but all worked out great and I love him as a dentist.

Disgraceful experience - do not go here…read more My wife had a wisdom tooth pulled at Dental Associates of Wauwatosa on Monday, July 21, and the dentist who did it was a butcher -- rough, careless, and left her in serious pain. Four days later, her neck is swollen, and we're worried she has an infection. She called them on Wednesday to report the pain and swelling, and their response? They told her that a 51-year-old woman "takes longer to heal." Are you kidding me? That's not just dismissive -- it's irresponsible. Since then, we've called three more times, and no one has followed up or shown any concern. My wife and I have been patients here for over three years, but this is the final straw. This place clearly does not care about their patients once the procedure is done. We're now heading to an emergency dental clinic because they won't help. We're never coming back -- and you shouldn't either.

He spent over a year in braces, and the tooth had still not dropped. No additional options were mentioned to us. We were sold on "phase 2" for more braces and more money prematurely and when I declined, they removed his braces, and the space they had created immediately began to close in. Unbeknownst to me Mr Hewett internalized that question as pressure to remove my braces. I travel frequently and never complained or not shown for every scheduled appointment. I was excited to have straight teeth and made multiple remarks on how important it was to me and I didn't care how long it took. I just wanted them to look great. A couple of appointments after I asked how much longer Mr Hewett said next appointment we will remove your braces. The big day was finally here. I flew in town allowing three weeks just to make sure there was ample time. I was excited but noticed my front teeth were not in line. I asked Mr Hewett ...he agreed and adjusted them. Charley told me they will move quickly and scheduled me the following week to remove my braces. I asked " are you sure it will be ok?" He assured me it will be fine. The day arrived to remove my braces. When they were off I immediately noticed huge spaces between my front teeth. Of course, I had to point it out. Now in my head I see flags.... why am I...the patient ...having to point out these issues? Why isn't the orthodontist seeing it himself. He manually strung and pulled my teeth together then glued a bar to the back of them. Still they werenot tight together you can see the bar between them. They barely touch. They are not in line so I have shadows. One front tooth is crooked so he took a device and tried to sand it down to reshape it. At this time I was very frustrated and didn't know what to do. I was in the chair so I really couldn't take a good look at the results. When I got home I examined my teeth closer. My bottom teeth were still crooked. I have large spaces between my front teeth. The bottom of my tooth touched but spread out to my gum line so it looks like I always have food in my teeth. On the left side there is a beautiful curve. On the right side it goes straight back making the exterior of my mouth droop. While waiting for my follow up my puppy chewed my retainer. I was out of town. I called the office to see if they could make me another one. I receptionist said "we probably can because we scanned your teeth."I said "I don't remember being scanned."She said "that's what was scheduled. " turns out they never scanned or took pictures after braces. I shared with her all my concerns to make sure enough time was scheduled for my next appointment. In the meantime ,I found a orthodontist and He scanned and replaced my retainer. Went to my follow up appointment with Mr Hewett. Of course he said my teeth look good to him but he can fix the lower crooked tooth with a retainer. I have had several comments about my Orthodonics work. " he's not a very good orthodontist. He didn't do that great of a job" I would have done it a little differently There's room for some improvement How you have the bar affixed to your teeth they will eventually get more crooked because it isn't glued to each tooth Moving forward... went to get my bottom retainer to fix the crooked tooth To my surprise Mr Hewett laid into me how frustrated he was with me. That I pressured him into removing my braces and he didn't appreciate me talking to his staff. I should go to another orthodontist. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. CHARLEY HEWETT MADE THE DECISION TO PREMATURE REMOVE MY BRACES. WHICH CAUSED A MULTITUDE OF HALF A..ED SOLUTIONS. SINCE WHEN DOSE A PATIENT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OR CONTROL ON WHEN YOUR TEETH ARE READY TO HAVE YOUR BRACES REMOVED. THEN TO TOP IT OFF ....BLAME THE PATIENT THAT YOU FELT PRESSURED...WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. POOR RESULTS IS THE PATIENTS FAULT??? IF you are looking for an orthodontist that you need to manage your results than Charley Hewett is perfect for you. Personally,I feel if you hire a professional you shouldn't have to point out simple things like.... that tooth is crooked, the spaces are uneven, should the over bite be so different from the lower teeth, shouldn't my teeth be touching and not have spaces between them, one side of the mouth is curved the other is goes straight back, making one side of your mouth droop. Accept being scolded about expressing your concerns and accused of pressuring when asking the simple question " How much longer until my braces can come off?"

Hes extremely excellent at his job. He cares about his clients. The staff are very professional and nice. I have always been treated with respect and I get an extremely severe headache immediately when I have my mouth o for 30 seconds. They put a guard in my mouth to hold open my mouth. Absolutely no headache and my front teeth look fantastic. I recommend him.

What a fun and inviting entry way with Legos and toys all around and every staff member was so friendly! Dr. Jadin was FANTASTIC - he was so patient and did a great job of explaining (yes, to toddlers ) what he was doing while he counted and brushed their teeth and sang songs! He gave us great information on teeth brushing, breaking pacifier and finger sucking habits, etc. as well! We couldn't have had a better first experience and know that our boys will love to see Dr. Jadin, his friendly staff, and the fun toys as they get older as well!

Every child has a TV with any Disney movie they wanted hung above them, they get to pick a stuffy to keep them company during the cleaning, AND they were able to leave with goodies! So happy we found this clinic! Definitely highly recommend!
