Dentist was nice. Office neglected to put our appointment for extraction, and impressions. Never talked about needing doctor release about blood thinners. Totally unacceptable. Now need to reschedule it all. And all the person kept saying is, "Do you have a appointment card." Why does that make a difference? Affordable Dentures? If you call them lasting just under a year!! Just fell out, sitting at my desk at work. Not eating anything! Went to take them in to get them fixed and the warranty is only 6 months. Sad thing is not only one tooth popped out, but a second one popped out 2 days later. And the Dentist tells me it's the stuff I ate. Seriously!! What am I supposed to eat here pal?? Applesauce, mash potatoes, Mac and cheese or pudding? Like seriously!!!Then, tells me it's going to cost me $$330 . When you can buy them brand new for $399 Don't be pushing your "Affordable Dentures" on people that are actually coming here to get a deal, because they obviously can't afford to pay the expensive ones. Hence the reason of going to your Affordable Dentures place!! Poor customer service from the staff and most importantly the dentist!! It took more appointments in the beginning than necessary, that I had to take off of work from. Then their hours of operation are not at all accommodating to people that do have to work! 4 p.m. Poor product and I don't like to put out a bad review but this was terrible! This dental office is the WORST place for getting new Dentures in Milwaukee. More like a production line than a dental office. Most of your procedures will be completed by a staff who clearly do not understand how teath should come together. I had both upper and lower Dentures made, they fit poorly I keep biting my tongue or the inside of my cheeks and getting adjustments are not overseen by a dentist just someone who obviously was "trained on the job". Now I am left without the ability to chew due to poor fitting Dentures. I am looking for a more professional dental clinic that puts the patient at the center of the visit. Again. Dr. Rivera is a phenomenal person. He is very kind and caring. He took a lot of time to answer the many questions and concerns I had about everything. He never tried to upsell me anything, he was very realistic about my budget and what we could do with it. When I had my extractions done I was so scared I was shaking and crying. He calmed me down very gently and respectfully. He told me everything he was doing as the work proceeded. For the amount of shots he had to administer, he did it as gently as possible. He did it slowly and made sure I was doing ok. He made my experience as well as it could get. One thing I really respect about him is that he always remembers me and what I've had done or need without having to look at a chart. I have doctors that can't even remember me! It shows how personable he is. His bedside manner is exceptional. I wound HIGHLY recommend him! read more

I'm looking to restore some of my teeth but I am on a budget. I went to Affordable just to see what they offer. They've got a nice range of options that fit all budgets. The office is clean and inviting... everybody who works there is fantastic! Now, without making an inflammatory statement, I was impressed to see that every employee was speaking English in the office. The location seems to be in a Spanish-speaking area and it's great that all people can be accommodated. I'm only pointing this out because my Spanish isn't perfect but I do understand it. Because of an experience a long time ago I don't feel it's appropriate for one to speak their native tongue UNLESS they are addressing a patient who speaks it also. Not for personal conversation amongst each other. Overall I had a very pleasant experience... but I haven't decided who's going to be doing MY dental work yet!! read more

Do NOT pay for anything in ADVANCE. The dental care is fine BUT getting anything back is a total scam. I paid over 7k up front for services in March. I had 3500 worth of work done and the rest was to be completed 6 months later. My 9 yr old daughter developed muscle and bone issues in her legs and needed to be put in casts for braces because of her epilespy and needed a dozen doctor visits to try and repair the damage so I requested a return on the money I had prepaid. I spoke to them on the 11th and was told I would HAVE the return but i COULD take UP TO 2 weeks to get back. Ten days later I didnt have the check so i called again, I was told it had first gone to the accountant on the 15th and could take the full two weeks. Today they called back again to tell me once they request the refund, it no longer involves THEM at all and they cant control their own accounting firm. It could take up to 21 BUSINESS days from the time they SENT it to the accountant. That's A MONTH plus the 5 days they took to send it, IF YOU GET IT AT ALL. SO it COULD be Nov 15th to get a return that i requested on Oct 11th and they are not responsible for any money you pay them, only the accountant is, but the accountant isnt reachable lol. DO NOT PAY ONE PENNY IN ADVANCE, only pay as your services are finished or you may NEVER see the money again. I am placing a call to the state licensing board because according to them the time frame could be as much as 50 days from the time i requesting my money back, its illegal. Theives!!!! When I came in I was not in a good place. I had extreme anxiety and lost a lot of my teeth. I had a tooth removed and needed a partial denture. I was unaware I was being upsold and was given a "package" which included temporary teeth over my extremely swollen gums which never fit even though I came back several times to have it corrected. I was told my insurance did not cover dentures and directed to pay for it through care credit. It was so painful I was not able to wear them and by the time it was healed they were falling off. I had to go to another dentist to clear up another issue before they would give me my regular denture. Then the other dentist told me my insurance does cover it!! I checked with my insurance company and sure enough it would have been covered but they never submitted it!!!!!! Now they wont give me my money back insisting I have to pay for the temporary denture I never wanted, never fit, never wore, never knew it was optional and should have been covered by insurance! Then the dentist had the nerve to call me a scam artist for insisting on getting my money back I never should have been charged in the first place. Charging people for something covered under insurance is illegal and so is taking advantage of the elderly! Beware!! If you have insurance DONT GO HERE!!!! read more

I was so impressed...I just needed a wisdom tooth pulled..they were so nice from the time I walked in to check them out as I saw a ad on TV and noticed it mentioned extractions. I didn't want to pay for surgery. They took care of me so quickly and very professional. I will use them again, if needed. The cost was so good. I have travelled a lot over the last ten years and I have opted to use an affordable dentures office because they were always an easy same day dentist office no matter where you were.
