I met with Dr. Schneidler for a consultation. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Seems like a great place.

My experience with Integrative Dental Solutions started about 3 years ago when i went in for an…read moreinitial exam and cleaning. I got my cleaning done and then two women took me into a back room and with a large screen tried to sell me on invisalign. Now my entire life i have had dentists tell me how nice my teeth are (I'm 42 years old ) especially since they're healthy and I've never had to have braces. I was thrown off, It was extremely salesy, pushy and to be quite frank obnoxious.. As this is a medical facility not a retail store. I leave and had a $200 credit and 3 years later needed a cleaning again and i had a crown crack. Now i have friends (Multiple) who live that way and warned me about going here as i was told they charge 3X more, only care about selling and money and not about the actual customers needs. But i thought you know why not give the another shot. I go and they do the exam and cleaning and they tell me that i need a crown redone and a root canal. I schedule the root canal (Its at another facility) Then i book the crown. The week of the crown i get a phone call that the Dr wont be in and i cant get in for another 2-3 weeks. At this point i had already waited a couple weeks with a fake filling in, you're technically not supposed to have a temporary crown for a month but since they canceled on me and didn't even try to squeeze me in with anyone else i have to wait, by the time i get in the temporary filling it very sensitive and I'm a but frustrated as I'm quite literally paying triple the amount of money to go to a holistic dentist verse a regular and on top of it they do not seem to really give a crap about their customers. The day i finally get this crown fixed i go into Dr Fisher, She takes the old crown off and while doing so is seemingly in a rush, extremely abrasive and clanking my front teeth hard with little awareness with her metal tools. It doesn't stop there, The awareness level is so little shes pulling my hair, i can't say anything as my mouth is pried open. She finally gets done with simply taking the old crown off and lets me sit alone for over 30 mins waiting to put the actual crown on. I see and hear her behind me working on another patient. I'm getting quite upset.. I'm paying all this money for someone to waste my time and have very little bed side manner. She finally comes back and starts to put the new crown on and is again is being abrasive, clanking with her metal tools on teeth that shouldn't be touched as the awareness level is clearly not there... You can tell she's in a rush. Finally when It's over she has the audasity to tell me that my teeth had been cleaned three months prior and that it seemed i didn't take very good care of my teeth so i "should probably come in for a cleaning every 3 months" cleanings are about $500. First of all when they cleaned my teeth they didn't even take the time to get all the plaque off my teeth in the first place. worst cleaning I've ever had!! But i let it go. So i finally get home and look at my crown.. This thing doesn't match the rest of my teeth its the kind of white you see when people over bleach their teeth. She took zero time to match the color, It's shaved down so far it doesn't even match the length of the other teeth as well and there's zero grooves in the crown so it doesn't even look like a tooth at all. So i call and express my dissatisfaction to a manager and she apologizes and says to me.."Well we could match it and send it off and get it looking like a real tooth" I'm like WHY didn't you in the first place do that as I'm paying out of pocket $2,000 i expect a better service, a better job overall and a dentist that quite frankly gives a shit!.. She told me she would talk to someone and see what they can do and get back to me, It's been three weeks now. I've had no contact at all from them, No phone call nothing!! Now i was originally going to post how terrible my overall experience was but i decided to AGAIN give them a shot to make it right and they've officially proven they do not care about anything but money and getting as many customers in as possible in a day. They don't even care if its a chop job-IN WHICH IT WAS!!!!! I will never be going back, I will be going to the biodentist up the road that my friends had originally told me to go to. Bionica Dental Wellness in Delafield.

They use nontoxic, biological methods that make me feel safe and cared for. I recently tried their SmoothLase and LipLase treatments, and I'm so impressed! Both are done using gentle laser technology. SmoothLase was completely painless and helped tighten and lift my face naturally over time. The biggest difference I noticed was with LipLase. It made my lips look naturally fuller and more youthful, without any chemicals or injections. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about your health and also offers amazing natural beauty treatments, I highly recommend Integrative Dental Solutions!

I originally had a root canal done at my regular dentist and it continued giving me on and off…read moreissues. With my most recent issue it began to hurt chewing and my OG dentist labeled it a 'problem tooth' and had me come in for X-rays and an exam where it revealed the 'problem tooth' was infected and would either need extraction or root canal retreatment. Since it was a problem, he leaned me towards extraction. However, my gut kept telling me to dig a little deeper and seek an alternative opinion. I took a weekend and researched root canals and retreatments. I came to find out that Endodontists exists and that a significantly high percentage (roughly 80%) of root canals fail when conducted by general dentists (your every day dentist)! In fact, up to 98% of root canals done by specialists (endodontists) succeed! Read those again (and google it yourself). These stats, paired with my gut feeling of a second opinion led me to research endodontists that were both highly rated online and within my insurance's network of care. This led me to Access Endodontics in Brookfield. Calling to make an initial connection was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. They would connect with my insurance and my current dentist to gain a referral and necessary pre-steps. They called me back a couple days later and we set up an in-person evaluation, which was a breeze. I saw Dr. Stover and immediately felt at ease. Her bedside manner was top notch and, paired with her Knowledge and expertise, left me feeling calm and confident in my decision to try retreatment. I also felt connected to her opinion and agreed that it was worth trying retreatment so as not to wonder 'what if'. Flash forward to the retreatment appointment and, while I was feeling nervous, her calmness and thorough yet empathetic approach made for a night and day experience from my initial root canal. Additionally, it was during my retreatment appointment with her that I learned the Dr found 2.5 MORE ROOTS that were completely MISSED the first time!! Of course this tooth was a 'problem' because it hadn't been properly treated the first time. Can you believe it?! Again, so glad I tried. If the options are to try again or pull the tooth, I'm trying again and gee am I glad I did. The procedure was straightforward and didn't last the entire time slot they designated for me. I listened to music in my earbuds the whole time and have since had a follow up to check its progress. It is healing nicely and the root canal seems very successful. I only wish I knew of and had gone the endodontist route the first time around! Both Drs at this location are great and I highly recommend.

My Dentist thought that since the pain was so intense that I was awakened at night and I had a root canal done in the tooth that I felt was hurting, I should go directly to an endodontist. My Dentist referred me to Access Endodontists. I called Access Endodontists on 11/15/2024 and explained that my dentist referred me to them and that I was not sure which tooth was the issue as the pain seemed to move as it intensified. I was assured they could diagnose my issue. My insurance information was requested and given. Later someone called me and explained my covereage was maxed out. I asked how much the evaluation would cost if I paid cash and was told around $238.00. I agreed to the amount and was scheduled for an appointment 11/19/2024. I had a very missable 4 days but survived by alternating Tylenol with Ibuprofen. When I arrived on 1/19/2024 I was given forms to fill out. After filling out all the forms and while sitting in an examining chair, I explained my situation to the person who was helping me. The person helping me told me they could not evaluate my situation because I did not have a referral. I explained over and over that I did have a referral. They said they tried to contact my dentist but were unable to. I drove to my dentists office while in severe pain and asked what was going on. After some back and forth Access Endodontics told my dentist's office they require the dentist to evaluate the situation before sending them to Access Endodontics. This policy was news to my dentist. I made an oral contract with Access Endodontics and agreed to pay them money, then was refused treatment and left in intense pain. No alternative action was presented.
