I don't usually write these things but I felt it was necessary. I recently had service done by Ms. Yasmine and her crew which was a well done job don't get me wrong, but what was concerning is I had one of her associates reach out to my wife and I because she had not paid her staff. It appears Yasmine pays her staff on a per-job basis. From what was told to me she threatened her staff with legal recourse for asking her directly for payment. Although personally her staff coming forward to me is not a nuisance or harassment from what was said to me is she tells her staff that they're harassing her for asking for payment. If you want your house cleaned her staff do an awesome job, but you should also know the things behind the scenes. Please be very careful. I hired this company to clean a 2 bedroom residence to clean the home in its entirety. Jasmine informed me that this would be 6-8 hours. They were finished in less than 5 Hours. This cleaning was for an elderly disabled gentleman. When they finished cleaning I was called and texted that the job was completed. When this gentleman arrived to his home only to find out that one bedroom was not cleaned at all. I contacted Jasmine and she informed me that they were too tired that is why it was not cleaned. She also informed me that she would contact me yesterday to schedule a time to go back out. Never did I receive a call or text, and she does not answer or respond to calls and/or text messages. Should've known not to do any business on Craigslist. Thursday afternoon I was calling around to several companies and after no luck due to their schedules I decided to look in Craigslist. I found this company and I spoke to Yaz and she confirmed they were avialable and to expect a confirmation text. I did recieved that text . But on Sunday at 9:30 am she texted me saying they couldnt make it no more. We need to turn in the keys TODAY. I told her that when we spoke on the phone. So much for their word. Very professional, courteous, and thorough carpet and deodorizing done by Jhon today. Scheduling with Jasmine was a breeze. Jhon sent a text letting me know when to expect him, arrived 3 minutes early and was ready to work. I have never ever seen someone so passionate and detailed about carpet cleaning. He had more than the standard rug doctor looking machine and brought like 3 machines. He went over all areas a minimum of 3 times and was careful with our items when moving them which was appreciated. Our place had a mildew smell in two areas when we moved in and Jhon deodorized the smell right away. He even gave me some tips on how to refreshen the carpet, and how to do a self-clean of the tile in the kitchen which was helpful. A great and pleasant experience. I found Prestige on Craigslist in my hunt for house cleaning service. I came to find out that they offered both house cleaning and carpet cleaning. My home was in desperate need of both. Contact was easily made via text message and we made an appointment to have both taken care of. The maid service was timely according to my appointment, and carpet cleaning followed in the same manner. I was so happy with their services overall, especially the carpet cleaning. My carpet admittedly needs to be replaced but Jhon did such a GREAT job bringing life back to it. I can not recommend their services enough. Jasmine and her crew are the best cleaning crew I've used so far. I'm a Realtor/ Property manager so I have tried my cleaning crew before and no one even comes close. Her crew turned a really dirty and abused property back to its glory days. I saw them scrub the grease off the stove and it looked new again after they were done. They were really detailed in cleaning the window rails and closet rails. Most cleaning crew doesn't go into that kind of cleaning. Jasmine's crew really used their elbow grease. The kitchen and bathrooms were spot less. I'm really impressed with their dedication to their work. She is really reasonably priced. Most of the time you get what you pay for, but I got more than that. I couldn't have been happier with her service. I would continue to use her on all my rentals. read more

I called Jasmine this morning because my regular maid could not make it and I desperately needed my house cleaned. Found her on Craigslist - she told me she could send two ladies to my house, clean for 4 hours, for $125. She asked me to text her the address so I did - a mistake I made here was I did not confirm via text the actual price. The two maids showed up and began cleaning - they did a decent job... very swift and efficient. Later on I asked one of the two maids if they only clean or if they do the actual carpet cleaning too. She told me this was their first time working for this company - and she also said they were getting ready to leave. By this time, they were only a little over 3 hours into the cleaning. I then contacted the owner Jasmine and she told me it was UP TO 4 HOURS and because the maids were almost done they would leave before the 4 hour mark. This was odd but I didn't mind because the work that was done was good. I did feel like they were rushing in the end to try to hurry up and leave - they told me they were behind in their schedule and have another house to clean. When it came time to pay, they told me it should be $175 but not $125. Well, that's a huge difference. I called Jasmine and was told it's normally $200 but she charged only $175. She also said if I booked her again it would only be $125. At this time, I did not want to take my dissatisfaction out on the maids - they did what they were supposed to - so I paid them and they left. I even gave them a small tip. This review is specifically for the owner Jasmine. I feel like she had been dishonest in order to get me to book with her. $125 for BASIC CLEANING on a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house would have been reasonable. No oven was cleaned and no windows or floor boards were cleaned. I have had a maid for 5 years. I know what the going rate is and I have been quoted by other cleaning companies. Jasmine clearly took advantage of my desperation and banked on it. I think she underbid the job and realized she couldn't get two maids to work for $125 last minute, so she played the game of "you heard me wrong" Shame on me for not confirming in writing but does $175 and $125 sound similar? Well, you be the judge! Beware before you book this company for any service and make sure you get the agreed price in WRITING so you don't end up being swindled like I was. And if she normally charges $200 for BASIC CLEANING I can tell you that is a rip off!!!! Do not recommend! read more
