Finding a good dry cleaner is like striking gold…read more Let's be real, nobody likes to take things in to be dry cleaned. It's such a hassle! But, I think dry cleaning reviews are extremely important. Especially if you are trusting them with an expensive item or something sentimental. I found this place randomly after having an IV that went wrong at UCI. There was blood on my legs, the floor, all over my arms and unfortunately, my coat (it got all over my pajamas. But I was not worried about that) I immediately looked up places on yelp and dropped my coat off on the way home. Not going to lie, I was sweating while dropping this off. This is one of my go to coats and it can't just be replaced. It was a huge investment piece I read their reviews and liked the photos they posted. I dropped it off on a Thursday and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday. (It ended up being done a day early) When I dropped it off They asked me questions like how long it has been since the blood got on my coat (less than 2 hours prior) They ended up texting me photos as well. Showing before , during the process and then the final product The price of getting the blood out and dry cleaning the whole coat was 55 dollars. It included getting the blood out and cleaning the whole outside of the coat. It ended up looking amazing, you can't even tell it had blood soaking in it. When I came to pick my coat up, Jamie remembered the coat and the stain. she immediately asked me if I was feeling ok now and if I was healthy now. This was just the second time seeing her, and for her to remember really means she's great with customer service and actually cared. After picking up my coat, jamie sent me a text a few hours later thanking me for my service and they appreciate their customers This place is located in a little strip mall and does not look like much, yet they do specialize in very high end pieces / wedding dresses. I don't even mind coming from Long Beach to this place. It's hard finding reliable services. (The person who tailors my clothes is also based OC) So, when I came to pick up my coat, I ended up dropping off more items Which were -Balmain cardigan -Versace cape -Ramy Brook dress. And these are all light colors. So you could see all the wear and tear. For me to trust a place with my capes, that's saying a lot, lol. When it came to my cape, she even sewed the buttons on since they were loose. I did not even ask her to do this. I was blown away by her attention to detail I'm really glad I had the chance to speak to Jamie Whether dry cleaning is part of your daily / weekly routine or if it's something you do once in a blue moon, I highly suggest this locally owned and operated / family owned and operated business. Jamie is amazing pros Private parking lot The prices were really reasonable The people are extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable!!!! They offer laundry pick up AND drop off They have a drive thru for pick up they also offer organic dry cleaning They have a huge list of fabrics they work with, like leather and suede They also clean couches, rugs and big items This place also specializes in wedding dress cleaning. Which if someone trusts them with their wedding dress? It must be good! Great customer service! I can't stress how great, Jamie was I think it's safe to say, I will not go anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs. My coat looks brand new! I plan on dropping off - Gucci cape - Gucci loafers - Gucci handbag - Valentino cape - Gucci cardigan For next time I'm in the area. Jamie will blow you away!!!! I LOVE how she keeps you in the loop with photos. Thank you Jamie!!!!

There is a phone number on the door and when I called it there is someone who will pick up your laundry at deliver it back to you. He was very nice and did a great job at an affordable price. Terrible experience. Will not be returning…read more I came into Crowne Cleaners in Fountain Valley with a large bag of clean, press-only blouses. I had stopped in the previous week to confirm pricing and availability -- $4 per blouse, which is fair and appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else about the visit was awful. The owner seemed immediately overwhelmed and almost irritated when I told him the items were press only. He dumped my clean blouses onto a visibly dirty counter and began hastily counting them and stuffing them into the blue bags they use for dirty laundry. When I very politely asked if those bags were typically used for soiled clothing, he became defensive and borderline hostile. Rather than simply using the clean bag I brought, or even placing them on a clean surface, he insisted he couldn't "change his process." To make matters worse, one of my shirts fell into the trash can next to the counter while he was sorting. He didn't notice -- I had to point it out. He fished it out without a word and shoved it into the same blue bag. No apology. No acknowledgment. Bottom line: They may be fine for actual dirty laundry, but if you value cleanliness and basic professionalism for press-only items, look elsewhere. I had been hoping to find a new go-to cleaner after mine retired following 20+ years -- but this isn't it.

It's just such a shame that the technology seems to have been designed by someone who genuinely dislikes the human race. If you have a spare hour and a burning desire to donate your hard-earned money to a digital abyss, you are going to LOVE it here. It's less of a laundromat and more of a high-stakes escape room where the prize is simply being allowed to wash your socks. A FEW "CHARMING" QUIRKS: * THE MAGIC VANISHING ACT: I paid $39 for a card, and the machine sweetly told me to "collect" it. Silly me, I thought that meant it was ready to use! It turns out the card is as empty as the customer service promises. * THE WALL OF LITERATURE: Unless you plan on spending your afternoon studying the "Wall of Text," which is basically a manifesto on how to navigate their hostile interface, you'll never guess that you have to take the card out of one slot and shove it into another just to find the money you already paid. * THE SILENT TREATMENT: I spent 20 minutes pressing the "Help" button, which is a lovely decorative touch, really, and calling a support line that I'm convinced leads directly to a disconnected payphone in 1994. I ended up paying an extra $25 just to escape with clean clothes, essentially gifting my first $40 to the universe, or the next lucky stranger. I even found a discarded card on the floor, a tragic little souvenir left by the last person who realized they'd been fleeced. It's such a quirky business model, you can't even get your $1 deposit back for the plastic! THE TAKEAWAY: It is truly impressive how a place can look so clean while its system feels so... predatory. If you're looking for a free wash, honestly, just stand near the kiosk and wait for the machine to rob the next unsuspecting visitor. I'm sure they'll leave their card behind in a fit of tears, too! A TINY SUGGESTION FOR MANAGEMENT: Perhaps you could update the screen to say, "Please collect your useless, unloaded card and put it in the next slot so we can finally give you what you paid for." Or, and I say this with so much love, you could join us in the 21st century and get a machine that actually functions. Good luck to everyone else! You're going to need it.
