While the vehicle was under…read morewarranty I complained several times about it shifting like a horse was bucking me in the chest yet Chris the Service guy said this was normal. Unfortunately, I didn't document it for three repair times for the Lemon Law. Recently I was stuck rebuilding my transmission at a tune of over $5000 and my truck only had 85,000 miles on it and I changed the fluid and filter twice during this time . Budget Transmissions in Castle Shannon rebuilt my transmission better than General Motors ever did, It never shifted so wonderful and flawlessly , It's entire life until finally someone got it right. So disappointed, having Bought over a dozen New Chevy trucks for my business in my lifetime , but this will certainly be my last truck from General Motors. I highly recommend Budget Transmissions and Ford trucks, my new E450 is fabulous from Ford. Shame on you GM. For Selling me a Pile of a crap , of a transmission. Robert Dean

Are you going to compensate me for the Ubers after said repair completion date?? How about the insurance I'm paying while you guys do nothing to expedite my vehicle repair?? How much longer will I be waiting?? I know how much gas I have and my exact mileage, if anything is off I will take my complaint to the attorney General.

I did in fact get my car and it runs absolutely amazing with 0 issues, it was clean when I had very first initially got into it to test drive it, and when I had picked it up to take home with me, if I had to tell anyone where to buy a first car, second car, or even third, I'd refer them here, everyone was amazing!

Very disappointing experience, especially with Dominic Lill…read more My appointment was at 1:00 PM, and after waiting to check in, I was told the service would take about 1 1/2 hours. I waited until around 3:30 PM in the lounge with no update or communication. When I went to ask Dominic about my vehicle, his attitude and the way he spoke to me were extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the long delay or apologizing, I felt like I was being treated as if I was bothering him for simply asking about the status of my own vehicle. His communication was rude and dismissive, and there was no sense of customer service. The service itself was eventually completed, but even getting my vehicle afterward was disorganized--I was given different directions about where it would be brought out and had to keep going back inside to ask. Delays happen, and I understand staffing issues, but there is no excuse for treating a customer disrespectfully. Dominic's attitude and handling of the situation were the biggest reason for my negative experience today.

After some bad experiences at other local dealerships, we stumbled upon Martin Auto Sales. Bruce made himself available for questions beyond the sale and really helped us get a new vehicle quickly so our lives weren't disrupted. I can't recommend this spot enough!

While I was there I was treated like my purchase was important to them. I mostly worked w Z but Sam and all the others were so kind. There was a little pulsating in the steering wheel when I applied the breaks. Z said no worries we will take care of this. I bought the car right then and then took it to my mechanic. Saw a few little minor things and I told Z and he sent me the money to repair. Not only that , I had then to take the car to a notary that was a few miles away and the notary also said how wonderful they were to deal with. Good guys she said. While I was there another customer was there also buying a car. He said he had purchased 3 cars from them. I said I was concerned about buying a car from a used car dealer. His excate words were "they'll cover you likeca blanket " and they did. I couldn't be more pleased!!!!
