Very Poor Service. Rae Anne Morris is the worst person to deal with. This company sold me a 2012…read moreFord F350 truck in Nov 2022; in July 2023, it started having problems. In November 2023, I had it towed to a local shop, and they determined the engine had failed. Rae Anne Morris told me she would help me resolve this and would also send me a loaner vehicle in the meantime until my truck got fixed. Also, agreeing that this truck should have never been sold to me. ( well the loaner never happened). She also mentioned that the vehicle they sold me had a warranty that would cover my engine repair. After 5 months of waiting for an answer with no truck and very little communication from Renee, The warranty company told me that my claim would not be covered since this was a pre-existing condition and the dealership should never have sold me a bad vehicle. Please do not trust this dealership.

I have never run into such blatant in your face fraud. The first sales guy was Tony. I asked Tony a…read morefew questions and I could see over the phone he was squirming for an answer. So next I got Gary Bac, General Manager on the line. There is a button to the side of the advertised vehicle that says "E-Price" So I figured this overly priced $23K+ car might actually be a little cheaper if I just push the button. So I pressed the button. Instead I got an email for some nonsense enhancements I could apparently add to the vehicle for approximately $1900. I laughed. When I mentioned it to Tony he couldn't answer the question and that is why he passed me off to Gary. So Gary and I had the usual conversation for a used car dealer...while i was looking for a little lower price and he assured me this was as low as they could go. But actually Gary and Kenny Ross Ford were going to go much, much lower. Virtually criminal!! As I hummed and hawed over the 400 mile trip (each way) to Pittsburgh, we had very little additional conversations while Gary tried to get me a loan. Finally he notified me that I had only one approval and the payment was $679 a month at 21% interest. I balked at such a gouging. I also asked him for an invoice type document that broke everything down. Apparently unbeknownst to me, he had slipped in such a document, while I was thinking it was just the laughable response they gave me to having pushed the "E-Price" button. This document was actually the breakdown of what I was being charged. The car that was originally advertised at $23, 903 was now $26,447 before usual fees. I questioned them about the discrepancy and the response was also fraudulently conceived from the beginning. After checking for other negative reviews I was not the only victim in similar shock of their corrupt practice. The exact same thing over and over. The sale price they listed on the document was called "Market Value Selling Price" which means some fictitious value of appraisal BEFORE they supposedly had just lowered the price. Now that was a complete lie since I apparently called about the car immediately after they listed it and they hadn't even posted any pictures yet. The ad never said reduced price at all. The price they had written down on the document I received was not the advertised $23,903. And this fraudulent amount was going to be the basis for calculating the taxes to follow as well. Then they also added the $1900+ for their added features because they already had installed them into the car and I could not decline them trashing this otherwise low-mileage ALL Factory Ford car. So now the phony $24,500 became $26,447. By the time their Doc Fee and "Non Tax Fee" and PA sales tax fee was added, the price of the car was $29,197.94. These guys are a fraud. They say they add these additional devices to every single used car...whether you want it or not. But yet they don't bother to add the cost to the advertised price of the vehicle until check out time. It is supposed to be the surprise..."E-Price"! I told them what they could do with their car and that I was contacting the PA Attorney General's Office for such a charade of deception. There was more to mention about the intentionally deceptive demeanor of the sales rep which only made me more suspicious. I was suppose to travel a week ago but postponed it until I understood why it all seemed fishy. So I thankfully decided not to rush it. I told them if they wanted to sell me the 2018 Taurus Limited at the price of $23,903 that they had advertised (+ fees), I would buy it. They refused!!! Yes...cc: to PA Attorney General's Office... Zero is the only real score
