I was helped by Ashley, and I highly recommend her to anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle. Even though my appointment to view a car was at 7:30pm (half an hour before closing time!), I was warmly greeted, and at no point in time did I feel rushed, even though she had to stay at work longer because of me. I really appreciated Ashley's honesty when she didn't know an answer to a question. Love a person who can admit when they don't know something and then go find the person/resource with the knowledge! She made sure to get me the info I needed. Also, when I messaged her the day after my purchase because I noticed something that I had missed when initially viewing the car, she responded very swiftly and got me set up with service right away! Shoutout to her manager, Mark, John from Warranty, and David from Finance as well, who all helped make the purchasing process go smoothly~ Satisfied with my new car, and the service that I received!

BEWARE READ LOW STARS FIRST.!!! 0 stars:…read moreI had an extremely negative and frankly alarming experience with North Coast Mitsubishi. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership DO NOT DO IT or proceed with extreme caution. On October 22, 2025, I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango Citadel from this dealership. Before finalizing the purchase, I specifically reviewed the Carfax report with salesperson Malik Jenkins. The report noted prior damage, and I explicitly asked for more details. I was told there were no photos available and was assured, clearly and directly that the damage was minor and limited to the front bumper, purely cosmetic, and that the vehicle had been fully inspected. Within days of taking possession, the vehicle began making loud, unusual noises. Concerned, I eventually brought it to a certified Dodge dealership for inspection. What they found was shocking: structural damage to the front crossmember, a critical part of the vehicle's subframe. This is not cosmetic damage, it is a serious safety issue. The component showed clear signs of prior impact and attempted repair and required full replacement. Let me be absolutely clear: structural/subframe damage is not "minor bumper damage." It directly affects the safety, integrity, and value of the vehicle. Had I been told the truth, I would never have purchased this vehicle under any circumstances. The dealership is now claiming that I "understood there was prior structural damage." That is completely false. At no point was structural damage disclosed. Instead, the damage was minimized and misrepresented. A signature on paperwork does not equal informed consent when material facts are misrepresented or withheld. This situation leaves only two possibilities: * The dealership knew about the structural damage and failed to disclose it, or * They failed to properly inspect the vehicle despite claiming that it had been inspected and was safe Either scenario is UNACCEPTABLE. I made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with emails, phone calls, and even certified mail to management, but received no meaningful response or accountability. As a result of this experience, I am now dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs, diminished vehicle value, and the stress of having unknowingly driven an unsafe vehicle. This was not just poor customer service, this was deceptive and underhanded business conduct. Misrepresenting a vehicle's condition, especially when it involves structural safety issues, is completely unacceptable. They're claiming that because I initialed paperwork stating there was no damage, I'm now responsible for serious issues that didn't even present themselves until days later; despite being told the vehicle was in good condition. An underhanded position that ignores the reality that no reasonable buyer would seek an inspection when the car appeared to run perfectly and was represented as sound. I would not trust this dealership to be transparent or honest about the condition of any vehicle they sell. BUYERS BEWARE! They also have a lot of complaints on AG site, I wish I had looked at that first. Pics show how I was driving and then claiming they did an inspection DON'T FALL FOR OUT TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU BECAUSE THEY'LL JUST TELL YOU THAT YOU SIGNED/INITIALED AT PURCHASING. I WILL continue to update this post so potential buyers can beware

We are very pleased with doing business with David Minnix…read more No pressure and easy to deal with.

2014 Impreza Timeline February 19, 2026…read moreBegan a conversation with Zach Minnix regarding the car Mr. Minnix texted 3 photos of the undercarriage, some rust. February 20, 2026 Asked Mr. Minnix if the car had been inspected, and did it come back clean? Mr. Minnix responded "Yessir, clean inspection, which is not surprising with such a low mileage car" Asked Mr. Minnix if there are any significant door dings or scratches? Mr. Minnix responded "no sir" and sent a video of the walk around. The video sent by Mr. Minnix did not include a note on the extensive body rust on the wheel wells. That rust showed itself when the car was up on a scissor type lift being inspected by Cars, LLC (aka The Subaru House) when parts of the body fell off. In order to hide the extensive rust from any unsuspecting buyer the rust had been covered up with silver duct tape. More on that inspection later. Mr. Minnix put some pressure on by stating that another potential buyer was coming in to have a look at the car...also stated he didn't have much wiggle room on the price...the response was to tell him the car is sold...the car was purchased for $10,100, which was paid via credit card. The deal was done and the car was shipped, arriving in Brentwood on Thursday, February 26. February 26. Mileage :45234 Took the car for a drive and realized immediately there were some issues, especially brakes...which barely worked and exhibited a large pulsation in the pedal. An appointment had been made at Waltrip Subaru on Friday, March 27 for an inspection. The morning was peppered with texts from Waltrip that updated the cars condition. The estimate from Waltrip was over $8,000 for the rear suspension and F/R brakes. The Service Manager stated that the car was "not worth" repair... Understanding that Dealerships are a very expensive way to perform this kind of repair, the car was taken to Rhea Little Repair Shop (very trusted) in Brentwood for another inspection, with the same results. Scott of Rhea Little stated he had "never seen rust this bad". He suggested the car visit Cars LLC (The Subaru House) as they are well known in the community for extensive work on Subaru Products. March 24, 2026. Mileage:45502 Chris, of Subaru House performed an extensive inspection, attached, with many photos of the extensive rust in all pieces under the car, under the hood, even the air cleaner is a disaster: 1) Resonator/Exhaust Pipes...EXTENSIVE RUST AND CORRODED BEYOND REPAIR 2) Sway Bar Bushings...EXTENSIVE RUST 3) Frame/chassis...EXTENSIVE RUST 4) Air Filter...EXTENSIVE BAD, it looks like there's been no service in years, and maybe it's inhabited. 5) Rear Differential...EXTENSIVE RUST 6) Muffler...EXTENSIVE RUST 7) Rear shocks/struts...EXTENSIVE RUST 8) Control Arms/Sway Bar Links/Ball Joints...EXTENSIVE RUST 9) Brake Lines...EXTENSIVE RUST 10) Wheel Bearings...F/R NOISEY, 15% left Findings: "Car is rusted enough that it is UNSAFE TO DRIVE. We are concerned with components being unable to handle STANDARD road conditions. We often make offers on scrap vehicles, but this vehicle is outside our range of interest." While the car was up on the, lift pieces of the body separated themselves from the car. Turns out these pieces of what look like they belong to the wheel wells had been re-attached to the car using silver duct tape, to cover the extensive rust. April 7, 2026 Called Minnix, had a pleasant conversation with David. Zach is off today, back tomorrow. Expect a call on 4/8. 4/10, 2026 Left message for Zachary 4/14, Spoke to David, asked Zach to call me. David said he'd relay the message 4/15 Called Zach, who is the owner. After a short discussion he offered $1,000, we paid $10,000 for a car that is unsafe to drive. We have pictures, we have testimonials, and even though we bought a car sight unseen with no warranty, we will be seeking more restitution than $1,000.
