I brought three of my vehicles to his shop, and in two cases I spent a significant amount of money without getting proper results. On my Honda Pilot, the engine mounts were replaced, about a year later I was told it was the same issue again and that there was no warranty. I don't drive the vehicle excessively, so this raised a serious concern for me. The bigger issue was with my Ford Transit. I took it in three separate times for the same problems, a coolant leak, AC not working, and noticeable vibrations. Across those visits, I paid over $3,000, yet none of the issues were resolved. In the end, I had to take it to the dealership, where they properly diagnosed the problem, costing me an additional $2,500. They took my car in the next day and were very, very thorough in their inspection and even included pictures of each issue in my Jeep Patriot.
