Whole House Cast Iron Sewer Pipe Replacement/Reroute…read more If you have cast iron pipes, this is a frighteningly expensive job that all of us have to do, as they are all at the end of their lifespan. Not only is it expensive, but some companies do not use the correct parts, do not create the correct slope for drainage, destroy your irrigation or electrical wiring, do not pack the dirt back correctly, expect you to actually vacate your house for days on end, try to avoid city inspections....so many potential nightmares. I highly recommend Plumb E.R. in Forney. Jake is the nicest, most honest and helpful person, has a full-time digging team of 16 years, knows each city's requirements, and will pass inspection the first time, every time. They are incredibly fast to completion, always left us a useable bathroom and shower, and the entire process took less than a week with no need for us to leave. While replacing the sewer pipes, we also found yet another existing slab leak that had been going on for ages. Jake took it in stride, added an additional pex re-route through our attic (this was the only hot water that had not already been re-routed out of our slab), and very kindly fixed all the ancient 1976 leaky faucets and drains I had given up on so that we could actually use the master bathroom until we have it remodeled. What I thought would be a miserable experience was actually fast, correct the first time, well finished, and just a month later you can barely even tell anything was done in the yard at all. Jake's confidence and cheeriness kept us sane during the process, and it's amazing to have flawless drainage and peace of mind. Do yourself the favor of not requiring rework, and use Plumb E.R., you will not regret your choice.

This incident happened on May 5th around 7:45 a.m. at a gas station…read more I pulled into a pump and didn't realize there was a vehicle behind me waiting. As soon as I noticed, I moved my vehicle forward to give the driver access to the pump behind me. The driver of a white Ford E350 van (unit number M38916, license plate PDN6869), who appeared to be representing Lambert's Plumbing Services, became upset and made an offensive comment toward me, implying that I was someone who "came into this country and doesn't follow the rules." I was born in the United States, and regardless, that type of comment is inappropriate and unacceptable. I had already moved my vehicle to accommodate him, so the reaction and language used were unnecessary. I'm sharing this experience because it was a very negative interaction with someone associated with this company. I hope Lambert's Plumbing Services addresses how their drivers interact with the public and promotes respectful behavior.
