First off, the product: the business card they printed came out perfect! It was a tent card design so it had to bend. Yoav told me right at the start that he would make sure to have it scored so it wouldn't crease or tear when bending. (More on Yoav in a sec!) If i figure out how to upload pictures, you will see that the score came out perfectly! The card bends in just the right way to look professional and still maintain a clean crease. Perfect! The pictures speak a thousand words. Secondly, Mr. Yoav: extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable on everything paper. We talked for a good 30 minutes going over types of cardstock, finishes, and he even let me peruse some of their older projects. There's a ton to look at here and the things they can print I thought couldn't be done. I definitely recommend asking to look around for ideas. There is a lot! I only needed a small print job and this company handles mass printing services. The owner/manager was kind enough to help me and print my two pages himself. This was a heavensent act because I was on a time crunch and he helped me at no charge. If I ever need mass printing, I would not hesitate to visit this company. I'm new to the area and needed to get 75 wedding invitations, registry cards and rsvp's ordered, printed and cut in less than 24 hours so I could mail them before the weekend. Yoav responded to my inquiry through yelp within an hour, I was able to see a fair estimate for my requested linen paper, and send him my files in less than 1 hour over email. He said he could get them completed for me by the afternoon next day, and I felt relieved. I stopped by about 2 hours later and saw a print proof, they gave me a few options. They called me when ready, and I picked them up the next day - and they were beautiful. They had shrink wrapped them in separate stacks which i didn't ask for but appreciate! I needed 5,000 brochures at the last minute for a conference in San Diego. So I Googled "San Diego Express Printing," and Pressnet Express came up. As soon as I spoke to Pressnet, an employee (or perhaps the owner) calmed my nerves, saying even if I got the brochure to him by Sunday night Pressnet could print the brochures AND deliver them to the convention center by Wednesday. Pressnet did exactly that. Everything went smoothly, and the brochures look awesome. The price was very reasonable, too. Also, I had to print three single color pages. That's not something they normally do. After I made the request, I realized I need two copies each. But I didn't want to bother them again.
