The woman behind the booth(we were at a farmer's market type event) was so nice and helpful, I ended up purchasing a little blue monster hat for my 9 month old(boy), a brown slouchy beanie for myself, and my cousin in-law purchased a little mouse beanie. This new location is more visible from the main street so this is a positive. We love Kauai so we had to come and check out the store. We were fortunate to meet the kind owners Pinky and her husband, Ed. My husband gravitated towards the men's Hawaiian shirts and I towards the snacks. Of course, I checked out all they had to offer in the store. We walked out with with a bag that contained mens Hawaiian shirts, sarong, gift items and snacks. Very happy with our purchase especially my husband. He was able to find the same brand (Tori Richard) shirt he bought in Kauai. On the pricey side, but very good quality. I recently went to visit the store again to see what new merchandise is in. I purchased a cute dress, a natural bug repellent, a shirt for my hula class (that Pinky teaches). They added a mosaic seating table in the middle of the store. It's gorgeous. They sell the large, beautiful umbrella that is displayed with the mosaic table. There is a line of skin care made with natural and chemical free ingredients. There's a lot to look at in the store, some that you won't find in a box store which makes for a fun or unique gift. Come check them out and get a warm welcome at the same time.

Then I popped into the Pink Pineapple and was greeted by Cheryl the owner operator of this cute men and womens clothing shop that carries light, very good quality vacation clothing. Adorable! And some really cute Jewelry too! It turns out that she also operates her Travel Agency business there as well. So she definitely knows travel and vacation clothing. I've got some really cool players signatures on it, but have avoided the back because I wanted to get two large Pink Ribbons on the back of the jersey. The measurement was 4" of the embroidery work and I was told that I needed to pay a setup fee, which I was willing to pay. It took me a few weeks to get my jersey back to the store, but when I did, I was told that someone had already paid the setup fee and that I didn't need to pay that after all. What they didn't tell me was that it would not be the size I wanted. In fact, it wasn't even half the size!!! Then I was told that it would take a week to 10 days to complete it. It took well over a month. Then I was asked about placement of the ribbons. I told them in the center. They were not centered and toward the top. I was also told that I would be texted when the jersey was done. But all communications were done via email only which further delayed the work because I get over 200 emails a day and literally had to search for the communications. They said that they could redo the work, but that I would have to pay the setup fee. And likely wait another 6 weeks for my jersey? No thanks. Now I need to find another embroidery company to see if they can fix this. This has been a horrible experience for me.
