I asked to speak to the manager and he found the order and asked to give us 15 minutes to get the order ready. It took over 45 minutes and we were not offered a discount or even a soda while we waited. It happened again this past weekend. we placed a large order, confirmed they had the order and when we went to pick it up on Saturday they said they did not have the order. No apologies were given either time nor any discount for the inconvenience. I will not go back to again.

I left feeling anxious, which is not something you should experience after a simple food order. In contrast, a gentleman working there was kind and professional, which I appreciated. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt despite asking, and I believe I may have been overcharged. I ordered a Greek salad with added chicken and a chicken shawarma panini, and my total came to $50. My mother's order was supposed to be removed and paid separately, but without a receipt, I have no way to confirm whether that was done correctly. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more respectful and welcoming environment for customers.

Previte's is our go-to supermarket. We are there nearly everyday…read more Pretty much everything we need is there, and we have very limited reasons to go to the large chain supermarkets around. Previte's offered to stock some of the things that would pull us away occasionally! Ron and team keep the produce on point. Routinely get deli meats, and various sandwiches. Everything is always great. Life causes a frequent need for premade foods and entrees. Calzones are awesome. Pizza is good in a pinch. Have had many premade entrees and lots of good options. Cheese, Montillio's desserts, Nona ice cream, and all the fresh meats keep us coming back. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. Sometimes the lines get long but the staff is quick to open registers to move people along. Inside is great plenty of room for them to add more. Easy interior seating if you want to stay there and eat. Looking forward to seeing how to use the space to offer us more. Tons of local events outside, bringing local artisans and shops to the exterior. They can open an entire wall so you can walk into the produce area. All in all a great fixture in the community

Charged me 1.99 as a mandatory delivery fee when ordering "pick-up" online.. that was weird. Seems like they're lowkey scamming people for a few extra coins but that racks up depending on how many people are ordering "pick-up" and picking up even though they're paying 4$ in taxes and the extra 2$ delivery fee. I'll attach a pic of the receipt for proof. That's like an extra 6-7$ they're making off people every order placed through their online portal. Last thing to mention, when picking up the order at the window the cashier placed my plastic spoon directly on the counter? lol. Ew? Why not hand it to me?? Or place it on a napkin. I can only imagine what else they're doing that's unsanitary in the back. All in all, won't be coming back and will not be recommending to anyone.
