I've been going to Ding Tea ever since they opened in Lawrence, though their hours and having to go downtown are sometimes inconvenient. I remembered reading about Presotea in the LJWorld, though just hadn't been able to try it. Decided to stop it while waiting for my take out from Little Saigon to be ready. The staff were happy to answer my questions about the different milk tea's they offer. The Panda milk tea came with white and black boba, something I'd never tried before, and was quite good. Sugar levels were adjustable (I can't stand 100% sugar in milk tea) and so was the amount of ice. Overall, a pleasant experience! If only they had punch cards like Ding Tea. read more

Finally a cute tea shop without having to go all the way downtown! I can't wait until we get to a point where I would be able to go there with study materials or a friend. The vibe is cozy and charming, with lots of plants like real orchids and sanserveria. The staff is always friendly and I love that this place also does pretty regular specials and seasonal themed drinks. It's convinced me to try things like winter melon hojicha that became a favorite right away! read more

So busy! But really good bubble tea. We ordered 2 drinks and waited for around 30 minutes for them. The seating area is cute and has lots of open space. It was super cold in there so it's safe to say the ac works well and I bet it feels great in the middle of summer. It would be great if they had an order ahead option to help with the extreme long wait times. read more

Ok so I'll start this off by saying this will NOT be the only time I try this place and i WILL try it again before drawing any final conclusions. The atmosphere is welcoming and calming. The staff was SUPER friendly. I ordered a winter melon green tea with mango boba. I'm not sure if the boba craze isn't for me or if I need to experiment more but I did not like the drink I had. Flavors in the tea were not appealing and there was a brown gunk at the bottom of my cup I did not care for at all. The mango boba was tasty and a welcomed treat. Unfortunately, I found myself trying to rush through it and looking forward to getting a different drink elsewhere to remove the taste from my mouth. I wish I could give this place a 0, but that's not possible so i give it a 1. We got to the location and were told that they had ran out of boba balls. I still wanted tea so I ordered one. upon asking, the white man with glasses and brown hair working there gave me attitude and aggressively swiveled the screen to pay around. He seemed like he didn't want to serve us, even though we were there within business hours and wasn't close to closing. I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted there. I will not be returning if he's working there. The tea that he made for me also lacked flavor and was the worst tea I had from this establishment. Just as good as I remembered it when I tried their chain in Orange County. I recommend their fruit teas.

i wanna start this off by i used to come here all the time and it was my favorite boba place in lawrence. the decor is so cute and the staff was always really nice. the last few times i've been there though has been kinda awful. one time, i had ordered a drink with boba and the cashier checked me out and the cashier was kinda rude in the way that they spoke to me but i ignored it. it wasn't until i overheard them telling another customer that they were out of boba so i went up and asked and they were out. i asked if they could give me a refund and they said that they were already halfway through making the drink and they could either add a different topping or not have any topping. another time i went they had boba and made me the drink but there were huge chunks of ice and wasn't blended well at all. it kinda sucks cause i loved this place but i don't know if ill come back :/ read more

I had the QQ Passionfruit Black Tea, which was a black tea with passion fruit jam. The toppings (which come with the drink not an extra charge) was lychee jelly, black boba, white boba, and I believe some passionfruit seeds. I really enjoyed it! The cup packaging was great and you can choose from regular or large. The venue is very modern and minimalistic. They sell boba ice cream, mochi ice cream with assorted flavors, and pastries! The teas are always all really good. The service sucks, they always say they're out of something after you've ordered it. They seem too lazy to make the bubble waffles, always claiming to only make enough batter for 6 a day. They also only put one scoop of ice cream when I've gotten two scoops the last two times I went. After ordering the ambiance is awkward because of hard they try to make you not order. I also saw the worker keep putting her hand under her shirt(she had a crop top on so it was easy to see her scratching her under boob), that's very unsanitary. There's only two very nice workers, the rest are just rude and lazy. I understand I have a family of 6 ordering but I always tip really well. I also always go two hours before closing. read more

I went in to get something today and was concerned to see a half-eaten muffin, crumbs everywhere, and a mostly-gone drink sitting out on the counter near the register, that the employees had clearly been consuming. This in addition to several rags just laying around on the counters. I know this location is new so I hope they are able to fix these mistakes. Also, when I went in the employees were eating McDonalds at one of the tables (fine with me, I understand business is slow and they need to eat) but the lady who helped me only washed her hands for a few seconds before helping me, which would be concerning any time but especially during a pandemic. read more

Lady with short dark curly hair in pig tails, who appeared to be of African decent was blatantly disrespectful to customers. Service took much longer than I've experienced at a boba place with only 2 people in front of us in line when we got here. I had very high hopes for this place, and unfortunately I was disappointed. A customer before me had ordered 7-8 drinks, and a particular worker was extremely rude towards to not only them, but every other customer who ordered after. The extremely poor customer service from her ruined my experience. Also we had a taro tea ordered and the drink wasn't mixed at all. There were chunk of taro at the bottom and ruined the flavor. Worst place ever! Can't even get an order correct?! Would prefer Ding tea anytime over this wretched place.

My friends and I went to this establishment to get some boba tea and a white worker with glasses and brown hair there told us they were out of brown sugar boba. This was not a problem and my friend asked if she could still order some of the milk tea, to which the same worker gave an attitude towards her as he answered yes. This made us all really uncomfortable, and as she was ordering he proceeded to continue giving her an intense attitude that made us feel unwelcome. This caught us off guard as they were not about to close anytime soon, but the worker acted as though he did not want to do his job and that we should've left. He did not ask my other friend and I if we wanted anything and left after he made our friends' tea, to which she stated wasn't made well and lacked flavor. The environment this worker provided during our visit was completely unacceptable and made it to where we do not want to return if this worker is present. The coworker that was with him was very nice though, and we appreciated his kindness after the other worker left. read more

I was there with my wife and she pulled a barcode for a 50% discount code and he denied it,because he said his manager didn't approve and he wasn't even there so how tf he going to approve it.
