She was always polite, and addressed all of my questions and concerns with the utmost level of professionalism. To her assistant who made sure I was comfortable during my procedure, took care of all my dental X-rays (hope I'm saying that part right), and if I had any questions she was very patient with me and all of my concerns. I mean...what can I say. The entire staff is on point, everyone there does their job and they do it exceptionally well. They dot every i and cross every T. Nothing is missed or forgotten. They literally helped turn my frown upside down. I wasn't able to smile for about 20 plus years. I hated every picture I was in. I was self conscious and honestly it really messed with my self esteem. If you're looking for a new Dentist. Stop looking don't waste any more of your time. Regardless of what your questions and concerns are.....they'll all be met. They knew I was concerned about how I'd be taking care of my bill and Dr Lora and her assistant at the front desk helped me figure everything out. I've been to other dentists where once the procedure was done their primary concern was payment. But not here. Dr Lora and Dr Diana both made sure I wasn't in any pain, and all of the exceptional work they did for me was finished without a single issue. Also. I have to say this again....Dr Lora , whenever she had to administer any shots of novocaine she NEVER ONCE STRUCK A NERVE. I had to get some work done and it took about 6 hours. I had just came in after work. I fell asleep while Dr Lora took care of my busted grille. The entire time I was asleep she never ever poked or hit one of my nerves. Do you know how much skill that takes. All of my Previous dentists suuuuuucked. They sucked. It was always a painful hellish experience. And I hated the very idea of going to the dentist. Everyone that works for and alongside Dr Ida is exceptional at their job. The ladies at Dr Idas are masters of their craft. I'm beyond satisfied with the outcome. Once they finished And handed me a mirror I swear it was perfection....also I think someone was cutting onions in the next room or something because my eyes got a bit watery. . . I've had the same barber for the last 22 years. I think it's safe to say it's going to be the same type of situation at Dr. Idas. Now if I can only find a doctor as good as my dentist. I'll be set for. Thank you to everyone who took care of every one of my questions and concerns. I can't tell you how happy you guys have made me. If you need a new dentist. This is the first dental office I've been to where I never have to wait long. I'm usually in the waiting room for no more than 5-10 minutes before they take me to the back. The rooms are always extremely clean, sanitized, and ready. Everything is set up perfectly and you can tell they take hygiene and patient care very seriously. The entire staff is always smiling, kind, and welcoming. They truly make you feel like family. Dr. Shabani has been taking care of my teeth for about two years now. She has helped me with everything from wisdom tooth removal, to deep cleanings, regular checkups, and now Invisalign. Staff upfront was friendly upon entry and they have you go through a checklist to check for any Covid symptoms. They were wiping down and cleaning the exam/cleaning areas between patients and Dr. Hovsepian was so incredibly nice and friendly. She asked us both about any concerns or issues and is so gentle with her cleaning and exam. We both liked her and are so glad we had such a great experience and have found a new dentist near us! Highly recommend to anyone looking. Oh in case you are like us and have a hard time finding the office upon arrival to the plaza it's on the back side upstairs on 2nd floor next to core power yoga :)
