I came to PRES physical therapy following a recommendation from my doctor after having a Trapezius muscle injury for three years. Review: A.) The Treatment: My issue was with constant tightness in my Trapezius muscle. I have had multiple MRI's and seen at least 5 different doctors, had multiple X-rays on my Spinal cord and shoulder. This is the only treatment that has reduced my symptoms of tightness and flareups. The Yoga helped improve my flexibility, range of motion and my strength in my left arm. They also supplemented the treatment with EMS stimulation to the muscle, this greatly reduced flareups of tightness in my muscle. PRES also did a massage afterwards to loosen any tight muscle fibers or trigger points. B.) The Staff: PRES has a wonderful amiable staff, Diane the receptionist was more then accommodating and willing to work with my school schedule. To help treat all of the patients the business treats within a day they have individual specialists that cater to specific needs. My treatments usually included Strengthening and Yoga exercises, followed by EMS stimulation and a massage for that muscle. All of the staff members are very sociable, they are even kind enough to offer you a Coffee, Tea or Water while you undergo your treatment. C.) The Location: The location is in a strip mall, if you are traveling north on Route 59 it will be on your left hand side. When you travel south on Route 59 it will be on your left, my only complaint is that the location is a little tucked away. Probably the best way to describe it is by land marks, the location is in the same strip mall that the BP Gas Station and Wendys are connected too, when you get to the strip mall it will be in between a Sports Grill and a LA Tan. Conclusion: If you are going to recieve physical therapy treatment I recommend having it here. They are very caring good people who listen to your individual concerns and address each one. PRES always had my best interests in mind and were always sincere about any questions or concerns I had regarding my rehabilitation. read more

Pres Physical Therapy is the best place to go for any of your injuries. About two years ago I ruptured a ligament on my thumb. I needed surgery and intensive therapy. Pres and his co-workers were just phenomenal! My doctor told me that it was going to take me about 8 weeks to get my mobility back, but Pres and his co-workers did it in 6 weeks. My doctor was tremendously impress with his work. At Pres Physical therapy, one never feels like an outsider. Pres and his colleagues make you feel so welcome and shower so much care and attention upon you. Each person always greets you with a huge smile upon entering the door. While you are exercising or getting therapy done, employees will come by and give you a nice cold refreshing cup of water. One can easily confuse this place as their own home. That is how much they care for each and every individual. When you go to Pres Therapy, you automatically become a part of the family. Pres himself is a genius! He can fix can injury one may have. He is the best physical therapist I have ever met! His knowledge is simply praise worthy! He wants to cure you as fast as possible! My husband and I have both been patients at this clinic for various injuries throughout the past few years. It's amazing how intelligent and informed the therapists are. There are 3-4 therapists who work together under a singular plan of care with attention to great detail and communication with each other. They are up-to-date with the newest techniques, the newest hi-tech equipment and, most times, have personally talked to our physicians to understand our injury for better treatment. We receive 1:1 treatment from the therapists and they treat the whole person, not just our injury. The Facility is immaculately clean with a sink in the center of facility so you can see your Therapist wash their hands ( cleanliness!!!!). The staff are friendly and understanding and always willing to help with insurance or billing questions. You really feel like a friend while you are there. They always know your name and are willing to get you a glass of water, a magazine or just have a conversation while you are receiving treatment. They always have convenient times and scheduling with plenty of availability. It is definitely the place to go. I was really impressed with my experience at PRES Physical Therapy. They have a great team of experienced therapists who are very hands on with each patient. Also, the office staff is terrific. The therapist took the time to explain my injury and recommended course of treatment in great detail. Also, I found their scheduling times to be very convenient - it was easy to fit my physical therapy appointments into my busy lifestyle. The facility is very modern and clean, and has a large range of exercise equipment. PRES Physical Therapy was much better than my other experience with PT, when I injured my shoulder and went for therapy at my physician's office and then afterwards at my gym's physical therapy center. The other therapy centers lacked the professionalism and highly experienced therapist that I found at PRES. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND only PRES Physical Therapy to anyone in the Northwest Suburbs looking for a very high quality physical therapy experience. read more

Last year, I twisted my ankle so bad, I needed physical therapy. At first, I went to another therapist and after many visits my ankle was NOT getting better. Thus, PRES Physical Therapy was recommended. After one visit, my ankle felt 100% better. All staff members were respectful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I continued with my therapy until I was released by my doctor and to this day whenever I am in the neighborhood I always stop in; and as always, I am greeted by all with a friendly smile and kind word. After my arthroscopy of my knee in December, my doctor recommended to go to Pres Physical Therapy for therapy and I am glad that I chose that one.Prasad and his colleagues are very understandable. I have been a client for approximately 2 months. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with friendly smiles. Staff members go our of their way to make sure you doing ok on whatever piece of equipment you are using. They are always asking if you are thirsty and need a drink.
