3.5 to 4. Been to a lot of PT. Team Rehab AH is classic athletic trainer style PT if thats what…read moreyou're looking for. Adam is hands down the best. Highly recommend him. The others seem competent. One I would not refer to. It's the environment to consider. It's got a ton of equipment, which is good, but it's also very loud w all the PTs constantly having convos w each other across the room. That is both distracting and means to me that the PTs themselves seem distracted from your care. Front desk is meh on friendliness.. Here they stack multiple clients per appointment so even though you are not shoved off onto an assistant, it's not truly one on one if that's what you're looking for. You get left a lot on your own. Which is pretty typical for this type of trainer business model so not a pro or con tbh just something to be aware of. The environment is a bit sports pub trivia night/frat house. Lots of cross talking between therapists during your session. Lexi is the leader of many "let me guess" "my favorite movie/song is" loud convos w her coworkers and is hugely distracting as a client. If Adam the owner isn't there, it's 10x louder and more chaotic. They even had an impromptu wear a kerchief like your noona runway contest once. Huh??!! Overall what thar feels like from a healing perspective is that they are not always fully focused on you, and this work imo requires the PT to be watching and evaluating you and adjusting accordingly, not focused on having sports trivia and other convos w their coworkers. Saw one (only one) safety issue that crystallized it for me how environment can affect care. So it depends on what you're looking for in a PT place. Adam is extraordinary, I stayed because he is knowledgeable, intuitive and creative w his approach to your injury and he progressed me really well. He is a not just do 10 clamshells cuz thats what they taught us in school and call it a day kind of PT (and there are plenty of those elsewhere believe me) I personally though like a PT place with more hands on attention and a less frenetic environment. But am glad I found Adam despite the environment.

Well, it pumps up with air and then you release the air with a button to take it off. It was too confusing for her to use it so she just stopped! I took her in for a follow up appointment and told Dr. Peterson that this boot was too difficult for her to use. He said he would give her an ankle brace so she could still wear her shoe. Dr Peterson did a thorough exam and we felt like he listened to our concerns. We then we're handed off to an assistant who fitted an ankle brace on mom. It had shoelace ties that you didn't have to tie (thank goodness) and multiple Velcro straps that wrap around under your arch snd back to the ankle area. Ok, we'll give this one a try. By the next day it was clear that this ankle brace was too difficult for mom to put on herself as well. I ended up going to a medical supply pharmacy and buying one off the shelf that is a little easier for mom to manage. At least she will wear the over the counter model, which is better than not wearing one at all. We have a follow up appointment in a couple of weeks so hopefully the ligaments around her ankle have had time to heal. Overall we had a good experience at Suburban Orthopedics.

The practice has a 15 minute grace period yet I still called to tell them I was 5-10 minutes behind. They said that was fine. Then as I was already on my way, they called me to tell me to reschedule. I had broken my toe since my last appointment and my visit was probably going to take longer than expected. Would I have been thrown out if I had taken the extra time? It's hard to imagine that quality care can be given if they are counting the minutes that way. I understand the need to be on time. However as a long time patient, I would think that some grace can be given. Also, why have a policy at all if the practice doesn't abide by it ?! Extremely angry and annoyed.

I went to this business with a little and occasional knee pain. I have confirmed osteoarthritis in…read morethat knee. It was on a special, something like $49 or $79, I forgot which but not much. I was looking for exercises I could do to strengthen the knee. That's all I wanted. They took X-rays and told me the other knee that I have no problems with was worse! They never mentioned the special and got me for over $500. They told me all the great things they were going to do. They called it physical therapy not chiropractic. They said they could have a therapist stretch my neck. I don't have problems with my neck but I thought a little neck massage by a therapist would feel good. So, when I got there for my first visit, they showed me a leg brace they wanted to fit me for. It was huge and covered most of the leg from the knee down. For what, occasional knee pain? I said no thanks. Then I went for "physical therapy". It was run by 2 young disinterested guys who talked to each other and obviously didn't care about the job. They were definitely not therapists of any kind. Next I went for a few minutes to the supposed real therapists and I thought, oh good, now he's going to massage my neck. No way! He never laid a hand on me. Only did something with a board that I can't even describe because I don't know what it did. Nothing as far as I could tell. Next I went to the nurse who would give me a gel shot in the knee cap. She did this and at my second visit gave me some little shots around the knee cap. The next day I went to the mall and had so much pain in my knee that I was limping down bad I had to go home. That was my over $500 experience with this place. I was worried about their diagnosis of the knee I had no trouble with, that the knee cap was out of joint, so I went back to the real doctors at Northwest Community hospital and got a real unskewed xray and they said that knee was fine. I quit Body Works after 3 visits and asked for the return of my money. I had been told that my insurance and Medicare would pay most of it. Now they told me, well it's not really physical therapy, it's billed under chiropractic and Medicare doesn't usually pay for that, but we will see. Now after months of reaching out to them, they finally told me that after 3 visits my $500 plus dollars was all used up and that I owed them even more but they weren't going to collect it! How nice of them! So go to Body Works if you want to see a real scam at work!

So, the address is actually on Salt Creek Lane and Euclid Road and it is in the building behind the Starbucks. On September 11, 2014 I had my rotator cuff repaired in my right shoulder. The surgeon suggested this place, and even went as far as to recommend Dorota, one of the physical therapists. I've been holding off on posting a review until (1) the address was corrected and (2) I had gone enough times to form a real opinion. I have an opinion and am not going to wait for the address correction any longer. I have been very pleased with the work done there. Dorota is marvelous.
