I came here for shoulder rehab on a friend's recommendation and had a great first session with John. For my second visit, I had a flat tire and had to reschedule last minute. The office was kind enough to fit me in the same day, but I wasn't aware it would be with a different therapist and left feeling like I didn't learn much that time. After I shared my experience, the staff followed up right away and offered me a complimentary session with the therapist I originally wanted to see. After a fall, head laceration and concussion, I came to this facility for help with dizziness and lack of facial movement. Mick & Jocelyn instantly diagnosed my Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and treated it. It is gone and the dizziness is disappearing. I am thankful for a much more peaceful sleep and no more lightheaded spells. After damaging nerves in my forehead, they showed and lead me through several facial exercises and drills. My nerves in my forehead are healing and the scar is looking great. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and most importantly...HELPFUL! I had minor toe surgery and thought I could recover without PT but I ended up asking the doctor for the PT. Arpit was great. Who could think PT would work for a toe. It did and I am back to walking normal again. read more

I went in for my initial meeting and was required to fill out an online questionaire. Many of the questions could not be answered because there was no way I could answer them accurately. Nor, was there a way to bypass the question or provide an answer other than the choices provided. When I discussed this with the therapist I was told do the best. Sorry, but for a physical/medical problem my best isn't an answer that I can't provide or that is completely not relevant to why I came there. It became apparent that the therapist was growing frustrated with me trying to explain some questions I couldn't answer. God forbid she should have sat down with me to go over some of my concerns. Bottom line, I give zero stars for what I consider lousy customer service. Told them this wasn't going to work for me and that I would go somewhere else and then I left. read more

My husband and I have both been patients at Athletico. They are very professional and know how to work with difficult and complicated cases. Not just go get on the bike or tread mill and I'll see you I 29 minutes. They also have great working face to face relationships with many of the top orthopedic physicians. I had actually been declined treatment at another Bartlett PT because they couldn't dedicate the time required to handle a patient who wasn't more independent. By the time I was discharged from Athletico I was walking with my walker the length of a football field. That's what professionalism, patient care, and patient determination can bring. I was referred for PT by my orthopedic. But during my course of treatment there I ran into my primary care dr who was also a patient there. Just another endorsement in my book. read more

I had 6 weeks of therapy and I am fully recovered. The staff listened to my concerns and my what was going on at any particular time. They tried different therapy techniques on with my permission and explained what they would be doing. I was very happy with everything they did. I have had two knee replacements in the last five months. With both of them I have gone to Athletics for my physical therapy. My experience has been very positive. I worked with Peter B. after both replacements. He encouraged me, helped me and worked with me to get my knees to the point where I can comfortably walk without pain. I want to give Athletico -Bartlett, IL a 5 Star rating. All the staff are always very kind and courteous to all their patients. I had my right knee replaced in January of 2019 and I did all my Physical Therapy at this Bartlett, IL clinic. When I called to make my first appointment Lindsey the receptionist was very helpful and very kind and she made my first appointment for the consultation. She also made all my appointments for the first 6 weeks of my PT program. Lindsey was great to work with to schedule for me my appointments to go 3 times a week to PT based on times that were convenient to me. She also set me up with a wonderful Physical Therapist Allison one of the Physical Therapist at this clinic. Allison also was a great PT person who was always very cheerful, very helpful, and I really enjoyed working with Allison through my struggle, to rehabilitate myself through a knee revision which was a second time of having a knee replacement on the same knee within a 4-year period. To sum it all up all the Physical Therapists at this Bartlett, IL clinic are all great to work with since sometimes you may work with others from time to time depending on each Physical Therapists schedules for the day you are at the clinic. I also want to mention a Kudo for Mick AKA (Michael) the Manager of this clinic. Mick is very professional as all his staff are and he is always very nice to work with and always very upbeat. Today 5/20/2019 I graduated from Athletico-Bartlett, IL for all my PT for my knee revision and completed many weeks of PT at this clinic. I just have to say I would recommend this Bartlett, IL. The Physical Therapist's there were knowledgeable, respectful, very clean and safety always came first. I came for 7 weeks and feel so much more stronger and stable at the age of 67. I have been seen in this location for my lower back pain. Everyone treat me with respect. The front desk coordinator Lindsey handles all your insurance and doctor authorizations effectively. Nick, Allison Dirks and Peter Batz are awesome physical Therapists. They even go to doctors appointments with me! They help me reach my goal and made every session fun and effective. I have been going to this location since May 2019 for PT on a tear in my rotator cuff and after my complete knee replacement. Peter has worked on my shoulder extensively including needle treatment which helped immensely. After my knee replacement my healing went very well with Peter and Nina's expertise. I have been going to Bartlett Athletico for 7 months for Physical therapy after elective shoulder surgery. Alician was my main therapist, who was incredible. She supported and encouraged me every visit. When I felt I couldn't do something she would say " you've got this". I found myself saying that at home in just doing small tasks. Because I was going for so long, I got to meet everyone and they all helped me. Mic, Pete and Nina along with their support staff are amazing. I choose Athletico because I heard some of the other PT places were not as good. Alician even went to one of my doctors appointments with me. Lindsay who deals with scheduling and billing was so helpful. Easy to schedule around my busy life. Love this place and everyone in it!!!! read more
