I am incredibly thankful for the care I have received at Olympia Chiropractic and Physical Therapy! In 2018, I was in an automobile accident and suffered a concussion. Even 5 years after the accident, I had symptoms from the concussion that didn't go away. The biggest one being chronic headaches and migraines 24/7. I would wake up with a headache and go to bed with an even worse headache and that would be considered a good day. It had gotten to the point where I just thought headaches were something I would have to deal with and it was being "controlled" by multiple medications and doctor visits every month. I finally decided to give chiropractic care a try as it was something I hadn't done in the past and figured it wouldn't hurt to at least make an appointment. After just 2 short weeks of getting adjustments and attending physical therapy appointments twice a week, I woke up for the first time in 5 years without a headache! As I continued my care, things only got better! I started waking up without headaches more frequently and started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have even stopped taking some of my medications and still continued to see improvements. It has been a long road of hard work, about 6 months of consistent adjustments and physical therapy appointments, but I am happy to say that I am only having a few headache days a month. This is such a huge improvement from where I started. Coming here has been a life changing experience for me and I am so happy I decided to make that first appointment. The entire staff at Olympia is wonderful. From the ladies at the front desk, to the chiropractors, to the PTs, and the techs. Everyone is caring, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the outcomes of the patients. I never had a problem making or changing appointments that worked with my schedule. The billing and insurance process was so easy. I never had to worry about a thing. While I am happy with the outcome, I am sad that I will no longer be seeing all the smiling faces at Olympia. read more

Been going here on and off since 2012. I went again in 2017 for 6 months of on and off. I've been meaning to write this review but have not gotten around to it, hence the late review. I love the staff here, however during the therapy sessions in 2017 I didn't improve... rather I regressed. One of the athletic trainers, who I am not going to name out of the respect I didn't get, kept giving me active muscle release after I repeatedly reported were causing my hip flexors to tighten more, but instead he insisted he keep performing it. This caused me to get re-injured twice. I had to stop coming here due to expenses and even the staff insisted I should just follow the therapy routine they had for me at home or at a gym since they did not want me to keep spending money (which I respect). Aside from this, I kept asking if my injuries were a pelvic tilt like they kept insisting it was. However, turns out I had/have two herniated discs, and I asked a handful of times but the staff insisted I did not have any. I did not want to get a MRI because of the expensive cost, however after a new chiropractor and doctor from a different company suggested I may have herniated discs, I got it done. Turns out they were right. The new providers took a detailed history on what was happening and what was causing my injuries, which Olympia didn't, and were able to properly pinpoint what was happening to my body. I like most of the staff here and the services provided (which brought it up to 2 stars instead of 1), but a lot could have been avoided and hundreds of dollars could have been saved. I probably will not be returning anytime soon here. read more

Since I started coming here nothing but great service! As well as Dr.Griffen's great adjustments getting me back to 100%! Wasn't able to carry my 6 month old since my lower back pin was out of control. Thanks to them I'm back to picking up my baby and being able to play with her with my back pain gone. We learned about Olympia from a coupon in a 5K goodie bag from the Bartlett 5K valued at $250. We as a family have used the chiropractic, message therapy and physical therapy services at the Bartlett office. Olympia fixed my son's back so that he could study in class and pay attention. The mobility in my neck was improved so that I gained a wide range of motion. My husband suffers from chronic lower back pain. Monthly visits to Olympia help keep him active and mobile. Friendly staffs but no improvements on my herniated disk issue. Doctors here prefer to use "modern" adjustment machine instead of hands on adjustment. They don't see the need for deep tissue massage to release any muscular tension that may be causing alignment issue. Very western approach of chiropractic treatment which did not work for my back issue. They also did not address my hand and arm issue which i found out later were also related to my back and spine issue. read more

Didnt liked the treatment. After initial neck treatment, I had trouble moving my neck for 2 weeks. I gave up and had to see a neurosurgeon for further treatment. Costed me big time for stiff neck.. wont recommend this to anyone!! read more

Dr Dan and Dr Aman are who I see primarily and both are kind and intuitive. Going to a chiropractor was something I was nervous about, even though I have struggled with next, shoulder and lower back issues for years. After 3 months, I am a convert. I have not had relief for my shoulder pain in almost 10 years and today I am pain free. My neck frequently gets knotted to the point that turning my head while driving is painful and causes headaches. Dr Aman found the source of pain and did some manipulations that immediately relieved my pain and headache that I had had for 2 days. Renee at the front desk is a complete professional in dealing with the insurance company and relaying the information back to me. I am grateful that I decided to try them, my health has improved and I am more motivated get the other areas of health in line for myself. read more
