This was my first experience at a chiropractor, and I admit I was nervous since I did not know what to expect. However, my perception was totally changed for the better! As soon as I walked in, Summer greeted me and set me up with Dr. Chuck, who is the main chiropractor at this location. While I was familiar with what chiropractors do, Dr. Chuck was more than happy to explain all the problems associated with back pain and the like to me. Dr. Chuck gave me an evaluation and then he adjusted my back. The rest is history! I enjoyed the experience so much, I purchased a monthly plan from them. If you exceed the number of visits allowed under your monthly plan, you get access to member only pricing for each individual adjustment. If you do not want to purchase a monthly plan, you can purchase in bulk which, while not as cheap as the monthly plan, still saves you money than coming in each individual time. If you are looking for a new chiropractor to go to, or looking to go to a chiropractor for the first time, I highly recommend this particular location! Buyer beware! Watch your charge card they bill month after month without a written cancellation. I spoke verbally with the receptionist and was told it was taken care of. Not the case as 3 months of bills with no service was charged. After emails and speaking with Jessica the manager no way was a refund possible. First timer at this location and was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. The office was clean and the young lady at the front desk welcoming. Dr. Lynn performed my adjustment and she was awesome! I've been to a chiropractor about 10 times and never has one been as interactive with me. I had some pretty detailed pain in a certain spot that she worked on and tried to break free for me. Then she adjusted a bunch of stuff and asked if there was anything else I wanted her to try- which I did. She didnt seem rushed or try to push me off or anything. I've got to say I really respect this place and they will let you know if a Chiropractor is not right for you. I've been going to a place for two weeks and my chiropractor could not crack me saying I was just way to stiff, I go to this place and he cracks me all over and let's me know that no matter how many times he cracks and pulls me he would not be able to help me with what I explained to him that I had. He pleaded with me to see my family doctor and that is just what I did. Might have a bulging disc and my mri is scheduled for a couple days. I was adjusted here for the first time months ago by Dr. Lynn. She was really nice but after my adjustment my neck has never been the same. I went a second time she wasn't even there and someone else adjusted me. It wasn't as aggressive I felt a little better but at the end of everything it seemed he was just trying to sell me something. My neck still feels very tense, I at least now have stopped becoming dizzy and don't have as many headaches. But for a couple months this experience seriously ruined my life read more

I am so very excited to have found Dr. Chuck and the Joint! Chiro care is life changing for me and I highly recommend this practice. Often when going to a new chiropractor they require a very hefty initial appointment fee and then the financial commitment of the recurring visits make it out of reach for my family. Here the initial visit is $29 and they have an amazing membership deal that makes coming often totally doable for us. I walked in in pain and walked out feeling so much better. Going to The Joint was my first chiropractic experience and each visit has completely exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous to have my first treatment done and still get a bit squeamish each time but every Dr. that I have had the pleasure to work with has been absolutely fantastic. My first time here today and it was a great experience. Justine was very helpful in starting the process. Dr Chuck took care of my adjustment and was great. I really appreciate their no nonsense approach. No insurance necessary, have monthly or bulk packages available, no appointments necessary and open weekends. Also you can visit any of their locations because they give you an ID badge to scan and the computer store all of your information. This will be my new Dr for adjustments moving forward. Great place with wonderful staff. Dr. Chuck is thoughtful and very skilled as a clinician. I came with severe acute back pain (background: I'm a medical doctor and I see a lot of back pain myself) and after two visits showed HUGE improvement. I walked in and was greeted by a kind receptionist, but that's about where the good part ended. I expressed my concern (needing my jaw adjusted) and was asked to lay down. Without asking any questions about what's going on with me, Dr. Vartan proceeded to do a routine adjustment of my back, and tried to send me on my way. I reminded him of my jaw, and he reluctantly adjusted it and then tried to send me on my way once again, midway through a question I asked. Finally, annoyed with my questions about prevention, Dr. Vartan said: "I don't know if you have a gym membership, but you should get one." Mind you, Dr. Vartan did not ask any questions about my level of activity (I'm a very active person-- I do in fact work out 3-5x a week). I left feeling deflated, disappointed, insulted... it goes on. The session was not personalized to me and I did not receive the care I needed without extensive prompting. I was treated poorly.
