If this company would return my phone calls to address the issues we're having maybe we could figure something out. I'm SO disappointed in their customer service and high costs! Had two other people look at fixing a job Premium should have done and both said the total would be between $700-$900. Premium wanted another $5000 from me and had the audacity to say "it's not that expensive." Also just looked up their license and it is EXPIRED and they have several complaints. We contacted Premium Remodeling via and met David. He came to our house, suited up and looked at all spots that we had concern for potential mold. We came to an agreement began business with him and the company. We had a tester come for mold, confirmed multiple spots that needed work and we began immediately. The process was easy and simple. David stayed in contact with us as well and maintained communication with us. The contractors came, did their work, set up the spots for multiple days till the testers came back and cleared us for no mold. Nightmare remodel,took almost 6 months to complete ,$30,000 and now we have to replace the shower enclosure due to poor workmanship. After several months in 2020 of receiving multiple quotes to remodel our master bathroom, comparing and contrasting pricing, timeline, customer service, knowledge, and level of expertise we went with Premium Remodeling. Boy were we blown away. Yossi is the best person we had to deal with. He arrived on time, gave us a thorough explanation of the process, was friendly, straightforward, and just overall a kind good person. We were so worried that being new to California that we would be taken advantage of. What Yossi shared in regards to the timeline, expenses, recommendations, the process during our initial quote was exactly the way it happened. We put our full trust in this company and they delivered. They worked with our work schedule and made it feel seamless. My love story with this company started few months ago, when their guy came to chk my mold issues in my townhouse, and after it , the results came , and all this remodeling started, and still on. Here is my words , I recently purchased my first services requests for my home and dealing with Premium remodeling contractors to tackle our first phase in remodeling (popcorn ceiling removal, painting, and reflooring of the entire house) and they knocked it out of the ballpark from start to finish. From the moment we met with them (Isaac)and his assistant to bid the project, I were impressed. Not only did they bid a very good price for the project, but we could tell that they cared about our vision and needs. We were told recently that our homeowner's insurance required us to get a new roof very quickly, we called several people and had several estimates but we just didn't like most of the people who came to speak with us. This is a fantasticcompany. We had three sections of our roof repaired, which included shingles roof replacement, due to a leak. All of the team members that we dealt with throughout the entire process were excellent. The roof inspected and the teams who did the roof repairs did a fabulous job (the roof looks terrific) and the Customer Service and Sale staff were exceptional. There were a couple of issues along the way, but the company dealt with them efficiently with no hassle at all. These guys are great. I made a lot of phone calls trying to find a good company to waterproof a balcony. This seems like a bit of a niche market so there is less competition which leads to high prices and poorer customer service. These guys made me feel like my one balcony was as important as the apartment high rise that has 300 balconies. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Possibly the worst contractor experience that I have ever dealt with in my life. My elderly parents contracted with premium remodeling, for some mold removal, and some slight upgrades to our bathrooms. And all my parents wanted was some mold removed, The slick talking swindling salesman came out, and bamboozled my parents into a $65,000 contract and shady loan, which was only agreed to initially because of my dad's poor mental state. After I caught wind of the situation, I insisted that they canceled the contract, and sending a certified Letter of cancellation. Which my mom did, and which premium remodeling received. The slick talking salesman, managed to convince my parents that they could do very nice job for much less money. Oh so once again, the slimy sales guy came to my parents house, and talked them into a $27,000 contract, and another loan with the shady green sky lending company. This was done without my knowledge. So the new contract was executed and the work was performed, there is absolutely no way shape or form, the $27,000 worth of work was done. I have had three contractors look at the work they have all said the same thing, that there's no way that what they did was worth over $15,000. On top of that these guys subcontract everything, they don't have any Actual employees is doing the work. The sales representative promised my geriatric mother that insurance was going to pay for everything, and that he was going to take care of all of it. Well, that wonderful fellow simply disappeared after the contract was signed. Never helped with anything, never provided anything, and my parents were never able to get any insurance money for this. The quality of the work is decent at best. Two years later, things are falling off, door seals coming unglued, you name it. But here's the best part with these people. They never canceled the initial $60,000 loan that was taken out under my parents good credit. They kept the loan active, on top of that they used all of the money. About a year after the installation was done, and my parents we're almost done paying off the first loan, they began getting bills for the original $60,000 loan. I called the main office and talked to an incredibly rude gentleman in the main office, with a Middle Eastern accent Who was arrogantly insistent that they had use that $60,000 up with the remodel. Regardless of the fact that my mom sent in a certified letter canceling that loan. So now for the last year and a half my parents have been stressed out of their minds dealing with this, and these scam artists. We have had our attorney contact them, contact the loan company, explaining that my parents have no liability for this $60,000 loan, but regardless, they have now ruined my parents credit, and now ruining my parents golden years. These people are bottom feeding blood sucking leeches. They have zero compassion remorse or soul. We are now having to get a second attorney involved with this situation, my dad has terrible Alzheimer's disease, on top of a number of other health issues, and my mom is sick to her stomach having to deal with this. They are clearly in cahoots with this shady green sky loan company, because they are not helping either. Contractors like this need to be put on blast so that nobody else has to go through this nightmare that we have. We will be filing a lawsuit, as well as complaint with the CSLB, and the Better Business Bureau. How do you's people actually sleep at night is well beyond me. read more

Scheduled the appointment with Natalie. I was told that both myself & my husband needed to be present. Why? This is our 3rd home and I have pretty much have been the project manager / coordinator due to our schedules. I told Natalie he would be present just to get the estimate. Natalie called to confirm the appointment and the presences of us both. Yes, I lied . The lie wasn't to be malicious, it was to ensure the estimate. Nathaniel (who felt I needed to know the meaning of his name. I didn't.) came out and spent less time than the other contractors. He asked if my husband was present and I said, no, he is at work. I explained how I have led home remodeling and repairs for 3 homes and am proficient in gathering data and sharing with my husband . He said, "So he makes all of the decisions!" No, we make them together but we both do not need to be present for the estimate. Nathaniel couldn't get out of there soon enough. He showed me a HUGE piece of insulation that he said would be used all the way around. There is no way 30 inch will fit on the walls. When I asked about it, he said this was the only option. I was not going to argue or express the sizes of the other bids. I said that the size of the insulation will depend on the price. Here's the biggest problem, I have NOT received a quote. I invite you to my home. I consider your company for a simple project (simple as stated by other contractors). Your lack of respect for women (as read by other reviews) is insane. Your advertisement in the local SCV magazine is simply a waste of time and money. read more

Mold test by Premium remodeling. So I'm extremely happy with the final results. That started with mold test in my bathroom , bad smell and moisture, and I remodeled my whole bathroom. Not only was the business reliable, but I felt comfortable contacting anyone from their staff anytime I needed anything. Update: While my first experience was unpleasant trying to schedule an appointment with Premium Remolding. I was impressed by how quickly the company replied to my feedback. Within an hour of my initial review (below) the owner and dispatcher reached out to me to apologize, listen to my concerns, and see how they could make things better. I have a lot of respect from companies who take feedback seriously and try to make things better when they make a mistake. I did end up meeting with them to get estimate on our project. They were professional and knowledgeable. This positive interaction certainly turned my overall impression of Premium Remolding around and I look forward to continuing in the process with them. Initial Review: 11/19 One Star - Incredibly offended and disappointed. We were interested in installing a new fireplace and were referred to Premium Remodeling. When I called to schedule an appointment they refused to only meet with me and said my husband would need to be present. Even after I explained that we have remodeled our entire home, we are both very educated in this process, and I have already met with other contractors/companies - they still refused to schedule an appointment with just me.
