FREE COVID test (there is another test option that you need to pay for), NO line, and QUICK testing process! I made an appt day of about an hour before at the Santa Ana location. Very easy to do online. Once they confirm the appointment they send you a link to fill up the standard COVID questions. When you arrive there are signs to guide you to the testing area. You stay in the car till you have checked in. My link did not work for me, so I had to go up to the table to scan a QR code. TIP: HAVE ZOOM INSTALL ON YOUR PHONE! Luckily I did but they may have other options but not sure because I already had zoom. Then you will have a zoom meeting with the PA to quickly go over why you are taking a COVID test. Literally took less than a minute and then she will approve you to take the test. After that you go up to the line and they took me right away because there was no line (I went on a Monday at 11:30am not sure if it was because it was just not a busy day if that's how it usually is). Then they give you the test, it was the nose swab test. They just kind of swirl the swab like 5 times maybe in each nostril like midway not like before where it was deep inside your nose painful lol. Then you're done! Easy! I initially chose this location for testing because online it said same day results. However when I got there the PA and the person that gave me the test said 2-3 days. So I guess the same day results test is for the one you have to pay for maybe? Regardless, I would definitely recommend that spot if you need to get tested. read more

EDIT: Even worse, I just got an email from them with my rapid antigen test results, for a swab collection that never happened! I called them and they said they cancelled it so my insurance won't be billed. They had no idea how a test result could have been produced for a sample collection that never even took place. I asked them for email confirmation that the charge to my insurance was cancelled, and they haven't provided anything. Yikes. I called ahead to check where the testing site would be because I know the address and had never seen any COVID testing there. The representative on the phone told me it would be outside in the parking lot under a blue tent. I showed up and there was no blue tent to be found. Called them and they said it's under a blue tent. Then they checked further and found it was actually inside an office today. Once there, I was asked to scan a QR code, which took me to a website where I was supposed to video chat with a random NP, which I had not been informed was a requirement for getting the PCR test through insurance. The call kept dropping and the employees told me to keep trying. It turned into too much of a hassle so I decided not to do the PCR there. I had also asked the employees if we could do the test outside, and they were like "... If you want, but you still need to do all the check-in here first." I had picked this location because the site and representative told me it would be outside and the reviews said the process would be easy. This business is not a true health provider - they're running an insurance scam. They advertise free drive-in COVID tests at no charge. What it actually is: a random dude working out of his personal vehicle, and he texts you a link to a video call that's required before he'll swab your nose. The call lasted 30 seconds, and was some random woman who asked me if I was there for COVID testing and I just said "yes" and then she hung up on me. I did all of this and got my test results fine (although who knows if they even ran them or not) - but then they started billing my insurance for a doctor's appointment (presumably for the video call, which I was never told was a doctor's appointment nor did I consent to attending a virtual doctor's appointment - the only appointment I signed up for (and received instructions for) was a "sample collection with our Medical Associate"). They've now sent me the same bill for this "15-minute medium complexity new patient appointment" six times and never responded to any of my emails or complaints about this fraudulent claim. read more

Never even used this company's services and I got a bill dated 12/08/23 for $20. I tried to call to look into it and was sent directly to voicemail. Then I got a text to ignore the bill. To add further insult the bill said I was 120 days overdue and to pay right away (intimidation tactic). When you enter the payment link it takes you to a payment page with no links to anything else. Making an appointment online was easy, as well as the follow up texts and emails on how to go about filling up online forms prior to the rt-pcr testing appointment. Before you test here, beware: - they take unlimited appointments, which means you will be standing in a very long line. We showed up for our 9:30 appointment and there were 55 people in front of us. - they are understaffed. For the first 40 min we were there, there was only one person staffing the site and we did not progress at all. When a second person came, they split the line halfway back and brought that group to the front. - they advertise same day results but it takes much longer. It took us 3 days and 6 hours to get our results. - I was unable to get anyone on the phone and received a canned text message response. If you are desperate for a test, this could be an option. I made an appointment on Tuesday that was scheduled for Thursday of the same week. I arrived early due to having another appointment for something else in the area. I walked up and there were only 2 people ahead of me, one person at travel sponsor of the van. Less than a minute later it was my turn and the technician called me to the window. She was very polite and took me early just as long as I had an appointment for the same day and because there was no one else waiting at that moment. The technician was very friendly, polite and gave precise instructions on how to do the test. This made the experience much easier to deal with. I've had to get COVID tested 2x at the Anaheim location. Once in December for having symptoms & again in January for being exposed. Both of my experiences are below. December 20, 2021: My experience at Premium Health for COVID Testing was great! I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment at the Anaheim location and they processed me as soon as I showed up. The total time I was there was about 1 hour - this is because they were extremely understaffed the day I went. In fact, they only had one person handling the testing (Itzel). I am not sure how this is even possible! However, Itzel Lara did an amazing job implementing the testing all by herself! Big kudos to her! She had to manage all the testing, talk with cars as they were pulling in asking questions, and setting up patients with doctors on Zoom. Talk about multitasking. Anyway, I had both the Antigen and PCR testing done. I received my Antigen results within 15 minutes. I received my PCR results the next morning. I would definitely come back to the Anaheim location, if needed (but hopefully not)! January 19, 2022: My experience was a little different than my December experience but still great. This time, we didn't park and wait for the volunteers to go to the cars. Instead, you walk up to the tent with your QR code. I went after work (2:30pm) so I thought it was going to be packed out. I was surprised to see there was no one there! I went right to the tent and did my test. I did Zoom a doctor after the test and that took 30 seconds. I was there for a total of 2-3 minutes! Results did take longer to get since there is a massive backlog in testing. I received my PCR results on day 3 (still not bad)! Unfortunately, they did not have Rapid testing due to the shortage.
