Checking out companies to decide where to purchase my HVAC was a chore, but my meeting with Andrew…read moresold me on Klimatology. He was the last "company" I interviewed. Andrew was patient with all my questions and I asked plenty. When I changed my mind about the day to install, he accommodated me with trademark calm and when my bank caused a problem with my payment, he talked me down when I was losing it. The installers who came, Deniz and Abdul, were professional, courteous and very hard workers. My new HVAC has been installed and I can't wait to see if it's as great as these three men. I expect it will be. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Klimatology if you need to get a new HVAC.

Last year there was an issue with a part that should have been under warranty which cost me $2500 in labor costs. To avoid this I was sold an extended warranty, this year the AC unit stopped working again. The excuse I was given was that the panel is in the sun. The panel has been in the sun since the house was built. Terrible customer service and it seems like they aren't sure what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend. My current unit is less than five years old and still under warranty, yet the compressor has already failed. The labor estimate to replace the warranty-covered compressor was also extremely high and not consistent with market estimates. Because we urgently need air conditioning and are in a crazy heat way, I felt I had no choice but to approve it. The lack of communication, urgency, and consideration for a long-term customer has been very disappointing. Based on this experience, I do not feel that Maynor values its loyal customers.
