Nella, a delight to work with, really an amazing person with a beautiful heart. She definitely went above and beyond for us and did a fantastic job making sure we were taken care of leaving us with every reason to brag about our event. The service was exceptional! The whole team at Mamma Vittoria made sure to accommodate our every need as well as my guests. Laura was fantastic throughout the night along with Joanna and Samuel. All three were very observant & attentive to our guest, well organized, and just so sweet. The cocktail hour & dinner was great, everything tasted just as perfect as it looked, the portions were very generous, everything was freshly made and seasoned well. We kept hearing all night about how good everything was especially the calamari's, the seasoned potatoes, the moist flavorful chicken and so much more. Everything went so well that day, absolutely perfect and we owe it all to Mamma Vittoria and their staff. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their guests are relaxed and having an amazing time. We arrived at 4 pm & found previous party guest still in the venue and staff not even attempting to clear the room. I was met with a woman who rudely told me that there are still guests in the room and that we have to wait until they are done cleaning. (Our party started in an hour at that point, it was a half assed cleaning job) Jude had arrived half an hour later. I called the venue 14 times to try and clear things up and no one answered. Prior to the party, I was trying to explain that we need more time than just 2 hours to set up and I was dismissed with condescending remarks as if we were just throwing some pictures on the wall and a few balloons here and there. They should've had the previous party end and cleared out hours before. There was no water, soda or bread set on the tables for our guests when they came in. When my aunt asked of the ladies working for some soda, she was apparently very rude. Our event was from 6 pm - 10 pm. I understand that the lights will be turned on when the party is over but there was no courtesy warning a few minutes before. This is a message to the new management - take it from someone who has been in the restaurant industry for 12+ years, you lack hospitality and your greediness for money shows in the way you interact with your clients. Needless to say, they will be losing us as clients and to anyone reading this review, just know we aren't the type of people to complain about ANYTHING. Don't waste your money here.
