It did come equipped with dry erase markers and two large whiteboards along with a large monitor. They had barn doors that were bad..but it also had a side door opening w/o a door...with a back entrance next to this side door. Luckily we weren't talking about top secret stuff..but was kinda odd. Has access to the kitchen and bathrooms are right outside. Nick is super easy to work with and always available for questions. Was really easy to book as well.
