They schedule me for later today at 4:45pm. It's now 5:25pm and I am still waiting. The receptionists were giggling and talking away as if they forgot they were at work, as if they forgot there were clients waiting. When I asked what's going on my appointment was at 4:45, she then says she will check. Within 5 minutes of checking my name is called. So it's my job to check or is it their job to let me know if there's a delay? I guess if it was a place with good service and professionals it would be their job. Otherwise just know it's your job to keep checking or else you'll probably just keep sitting in the waiting room.

Ladies upfront were very nice easy to talk to. Evelyn was very sweet & gave my daughter a lollipop and stickers. Very welcoming. I got checked in almost immediately. Waited for about 20 min as there was a few ahead of us. When we got called we were helped by a female tech which I appreciate. She was very friendly and very kind + patient she made sure my daughter felt comfortable and did her ultrasound with warm gel. I was welcomed upon entering and helped right away. The staff were friendly and helpful. As always, you have to arrive 20 minutes before the appointment time, so there is a bit of waiting. I often forget that because much of the equipment used for testing run warm, the air conditioning will be blasting. If you are the type to run cold, bring a sweater. The person that took care of my test was Jason and he was great. He explained everything in depth and was caring and kind. My test was very quick and I was happy with the service. My only gripe about the service is that as of a couple of weeks ago, early 2026, there is now a 3% service fee added to the charge of services if you choose to pay with a credit card. This is new and when you have services performed that are several hundreds of dollars, you may or may not want to carry cash. And, if you do pay with cash, it has to be exact. Change is not provided. There is limited free parking on the street and a paid parking structure. Validation is not provided.

My MRI took an hour total, and there was nothing to listen to. I was offered ear plugs but since it's an open MRI it really wasn't noisy at all. However I was a bit bored and I think it would have been nice to have any type of music playing in the room. I found myself searching the entire time for shapes in the ceiling holes. Once finished, staff said they could not give me a CD immediately because it wasn't working but they got my info to mail it to me, and I received the CD in the mail only a few days later. I recommend this facility because it is very clean, open, and well kept.

This exceptionally aggressive viral visitor truly made for a memorable start to our holiday season. Realizing that this uninvited guest had no intention of leaving anytime soon, I booked an immediate escape to Elite Urgent Care- and it was truly the best last minute staycation destination. When my two-year-old decided her Saturday morning must-have accessory would be a high fever, I high-tailed it to EUC, and as she tested positive for the FLU, I was positive this was only the beginning of this viral voyage. Elite Urgent Care saw a lot of our family that week, and although kicking off the holiday season at any urgent care isn't exactly ideal, our experience from first front desk phone call to actual physician assessment was exceptional. In addition to treating my girls- they took the time to examine ME- ensuring I had all the resources and meds necessary to expedite my own recovery, enabling me to multitask caring for my flu-infested offspring. Thanks to Dr. Zadorian and the ENTIRE EUC staff, we're all back to 100% and ready to ring in the new year, flu free.
