Got there, there were about 7 people in the waiting area. On the tv, there was a sidebar of transparency regarding the order of patients, appt times, and standby patients. If you weren't able to check in via the link sent, there were two kiosks in the corner for easy check in. I was seen within 15 mins. Donna Mae (my phlebotomist) was polite, gentle, and expeditious. I was done in less than 5 mins, and I had 5 vials! I found street parking off Killion, which was super easy.

I had to stop by Pacific Medical Services twice in one week for blood tests. Normally my doctor's…read moreoffice, which is across the hall, draws my blood, but I needed some special services, so they sent me here. I arrived at the office without an appointment and there was no one waiting. The office is very small with just a few chairs, and a small tea/coffee station. I was taken in immediately. Very often, my veins are difficult to work with. During the draw, the phlebotomist was Jose. He was able to get the draw on the first try and I did not have type of bruising or issues afterward. I had to return a couple of days later for a test that must be done early in morning. Upon arrival, there were a few people ahead of me and it was standing room only. There was only one person working and she was with a patient in the back, so it took some time to check in. After checking in, another employee arrived and those in the waiting room were helped. The phlebotomist that I had for the second test was Joanna, aka JoJo. She was very personable and was able to get the draw on the first try. I enjoyed speaking with her and she made the appointment comfortable. I had no issues with bruising after the test. The office is on the second floor of a medical building. The building has paid parking, but I always park on the street. There is metered parking and free street parking available within easy walking distance of the building.

They schedule me for later today at 4:45pm. It's now 5:25pm and I am still waiting. The receptionists were giggling and talking away as if they forgot they were at work, as if they forgot there were clients waiting. When I asked what's going on my appointment was at 4:45, she then says she will check. Within 5 minutes of checking my name is called. So it's my job to check or is it their job to let me know if there's a delay? I guess if it was a place with good service and professionals it would be their job. Otherwise just know it's your job to keep checking or else you'll probably just keep sitting in the waiting room.

There was plenty of it, which is rare compared to other Labcorp locations where parking is usually paid and a hassle. The office is small and was pretty full when I arrived, but even with an appointment, I was called back within just a few minutes. Bernice was handling everything during my visit, and she was amazing. The waiting room had several patients asking questions and feeling impatient, but she stayed calm, organized, and efficient the entire time while keeping things moving. She mentioned it's usually a two-person team, but they were short on supplies that day, so she was holding things down on her own, which made it even more impressive. When it was my turn, she was professional and kind. I usually have very difficult veins and often get poked multiple times, but she got it on the first try. Overall, top-tier service. I would definitely recommend this location. Just be patient if it's busy - they're working hard and doing their best.

I believe they have a lot to park in which you will have to pay for, not sure how much the fee is. But over all normal decent experience upon arrival noticed a very big clean lobby/waiting room. Ladies upfront were very nice easy to talk to. Evelyn was very sweet & gave my daughter a lollipop and stickers. Very welcoming. I got checked in almost immediately. Waited for about 20 min as there was a few ahead of us. When we got called we were helped by a female tech which I appreciate. She was very friendly and very kind + patient she made sure my daughter felt comfortable and did her ultrasound with warm gel. They made me pay $500 out-of-pocket for an MRI because they couldn't get clearance from my…read moreinsurance company. So I had the necessary MRI and ultimately the insurance company paid $330 approximately. I haven't been able to get my money back from them and finally they said they would reimburse me for the $330 that my insurance paid. I feel I should get $450 back which is the $500 minus my $50 co-pay. So they are scamming out-of-pocket people. I guess we all need to investigate what insurance would pay before we pay anything out-of-pocket. Also they tried to get my husband to pay $1500 for an MRI when the insurance was slow to approve! Luckily it was approved and he wasn't going to pay the ridiculous amount anyway . Make sure if you go there and you don't have insurance you check the prices at other places because they are taking advantage of people with no insurance.
