Very easy process. Family run business with superb efficiency. The highlight, though, was execution by Robert. Robert was on time. He was quick to set up, quick to cut and jack my trench, and surprised me with helping remove the concrete out the back door. Cleaned up with initiative. Ie: I ran a hose in from a bedroom window and across the hallway into the bathroom where the cutting took place. After Robert left, I went to get the hose to run it back, but it was gone. I went outside to see it rerun outside the window and neatly coiled up. Those little details of professionalism shine through the entire time. Like he offered Ear plugs and ensured kids and pets were considered before he started. Robert kept me informed, educated me when I had questions, and offered ideas for attacking my hydrostatic pressure issue from the outside.
