Complete lack of logic, customer care, and overall streamlined processes.
The exam was fine.
Don't expect logical courtesy calls. If your glasses are in they'll just tell you not here.
My daughter and I ordered pairs on the same day. Her order came in and since I had poison ivy sent my son with her to pick them up. I called before they picked them up to see if ok for them to grab mine. Nope, not here. It took me driving over for them to suddenly FIND them the next day.
When they get the shipments they clearly aren't checking them in with connection to the client. At all.
Their text system broken so if two pairs ordered it is only texting for one pair.
I wouldn't have bothered to give this review, but my husband ordered two pairs for himself and same nonsense. I'm also guessing that their system is trying to text house phones.
First, pair zero text, email, or phone call about them being in. We called them to ask. My husband a VOIP engineer our systems in our house work. I picked them up for him and didn't realize a second pair. Called immediately back and asked oh, I just grabbed the one pair is the other in? You would think I asked them to find the Holy Grail. I got a nope not in. We ordered July 15th on our transaction log (We looked it up since the call) We stated ordered on the July 20th on that order. I am writing this 9/6. Called again. Again treated like I am asking for a million dollars just to see if his order in. I was obviously more irritated, because was told 2 weeks.lens Crafters could make them in what an hour? Can we go back to the past when things efficient? I feel like I am in Money Pitt.
Apparently, they were on back-order, zero call, or courtesy to notify us of this and allowed to make an alternate selection. I said, well I'll talk to my husband to see if he wants to go further. A demand I let her know immediately. I take umbridge with this given they didn't give any courtesy, or consideration towards us, but said leave it in process unless I call. "I can't do that! If they make them and you return them that cost is on us!" Absurdly bad customer service.
The Optometrist, and tech very good, but the company needs to fire the entirety of their front office. I worked in an office, and in customer service. It takes maybe 15 minutes out of your day to call and leave messages for people. You get off your rear and check things. You make clear concise records for ALL accounts. read more
