I became annoyed after making a 815-830 appointment watching Carol German come in swinging her lunch bag at 845, (twice this happened) chatting up staff and calling me back 10 min later. She enjoys talking about herself with little respect for your time. Buh-bye. City of Toledo has no shortage of optometrists.

Unbelievably poor and rude service. I scheduled an appointment for my husband that he needed to…read morereschedule. The next appointment was two weeks out. They called and said there was a scheduling conflict and needed to reschedule. They only appointment was another two weeks out. Then, we get a text reminder about the appointment THEY called me about to reschedule. I called back and they said he could not see that doctor because it was an optometrist and insurance didn't pay. Why in the world they scheduled that is beyond me when he was coming in for follow up on a medical issue needing an actual doctor. They didn't even have him on the schedule for the appointment THEY rescheduled. Now, the next appointment is another month out. When I told the rude woman on the phone I was just going to try someplace else, she pretty much hung up on me. We will never go back there, and they clearly don't care.
