The hospital can't figure out my insurance. ( Its Medical mutual)I even made several trips there just to help them get it figured out. Was told "we'll get it dont worry". I showed up for my surgery and at check in the lady asked me how I was paying because there was no insurance listed. I am still getting bills with no insurance on it. It is a mess and not what I need to be dealing with while recovering. The Dr office which is INSIDE the hospital has my insurance and figured it out fine. I had a different surgery at Promedica Toledo Hospital this year and they figured it out just fine. Why once scanned into the Promedica system is it not just on file to all of Promedica!? Definitely see Dr Joe for surgery. He is the best in the biz!

A small facility with only 72 beds allows them to give great care. On a side note; they offer room service from 7am-6:30pm. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available. You can order up to 7 menu options. I recommend the pizza, chicken salad sandwich.
