The woman who sells the eye glasses is something else.. very difficult to work with and is the reason I will not return. She is very snooty, looked down on my mother and I the whole time shopping through the glasses selection and only gave us better service when she realized I wanted a pair that was $300+ over what my insurance paid. On the phone, she was also very rude when inquired about when the glasses would be in after it had been a week longer than expected. Other than that, the other office staff are lovely and I like the doctor I have seen, Dr. Wagener. The wait time can be a little long but nothing unreasonable about this office except for the glasses lady. Beware! It might be better to get your prescription and go elsewhere..

On top of this, if you don't know the extension number then you have to talk to a switch board operator every call. The process is atleast 5 minutes/call. Then if you get through to the correct location and dept. it's another 5+ minutes, THEN you end up having to leave a voicemail that doesn't get returned. Stay away from this place unless you're forced to work with them due to insurance purposes.

Discard the old way of doing things. Sometimes this works but other times it doesn't. And the customer pays the price. Their frame selection was very poor. I wanted to use my own frame, and they said their lab could not make lenses to fit. They only had two frames to select from. These have got to be the worst lenses I have ever had. There are cracks along the sides of the lenses which is starting to affect my vision. Plus, there is a film on the lenses that is starting to come off. I will not be returning after this.

The clerks (so young and full of spirit, not rude, old and jaded like the competition) greet you with a smile when you come in and it's actually refreshing to walk through the door. It's going to be a sad day when I quit smoking. I will miss them. They also have a lot of glass "pipes" right as you walk through the door. The first time I did I was in awe of all the art and craftsmanship that went into them. WOW! I smoke tailor mades and that's what I was there for. Also tons of vape liquids and those huge square gizmos that alot of people are using them in. Look too clunky for me! But if you vape they have what you need! AND tobacco by the ounce. Big barrels of tobacco if you roll your own and you can't afford to buy a whole big bag you can buy an ounce to get you through the day. LMAO!
