If this were based on the docs alone, I'd give this place a 4 but based on the service it deserves a 2! The woman who sells the eye glasses is something else.. very difficult to work with and is the reason I will not return. She is very snooty, looked down on my mother and I the whole time shopping through the glasses selection and only gave us better service when she realized I wanted a pair that was $300+ over what my insurance paid. On the phone, she was also very rude when inquired about when the glasses would be in after it had been a week longer than expected. Other than that, the other office staff are lovely and I like the doctor I have seen, Dr. Wagener. The wait time can be a little long but nothing unreasonable about this office except for the glasses lady. Beware! It might be better to get your prescription and go elsewhere.. read more

Terrible service, impossible to order contact over the phone. They have the worst hours, the oregon location which I switched to after too many bad experiences at the toledo location isn't even open on wednesday's. On top of this, if you don't know the extension number then you have to talk to a switch board operator every call. The process is atleast 5 minutes/call. Then if you get through to the correct location and dept. it's another 5+ minutes, THEN you end up having to leave a voicemail that doesn't get returned. Stay away from this place unless you're forced to work with them due to insurance purposes. read more

Dr. Waggener is A-OK. The wait is usually long. Plan on waiting a minimum of 1 hour (not including the dilation procedure). I once was in that office for 3 hours for an eye appt. for one person. I was ready to get the heck out of dodge by then! read more
