The lady I spoke to was so super nice and worked me in that same day with Dr. Brujic. This guy was wonderful. He was so sympathetic and caring. He took the time with me that day and every day after that until my eye was cleared up. I ended up having to go back to see him recently for another issue with the same eye. Again the staff and Dr. Brujic were on top of it. They have went above and beyond to help me. They are working with me every step of the way. Especially since I do not have vision insurance. So if you are looking for the best group this is the place to go. I have and will most definitely be telling everyone about this group..... After TWO HOURS of waiting, we were finally called back by the doctor, only for him to take another patient in to be seen before us because he stated, "this appointment will not take long". Dr. Knupp was NOT friendly at all towards my girls and proceeded to yell at my 2 year old to sit still because she was a distraction. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be returning to this practice!

And I've only been here maaaaaaybe four times and that was because I needed an appointment to update my contacts and my ophthalmologist had retired. Overall, the staff is ok. They're knowledgeable but are not always the most welcoming. The appearance of the office is pleasant. They recently updated the decor so it's more modern looking. I'd give them a higher rating if the doctor was more personable. Every time I've seen him for contacts he is always in a bad mood and seems like it's an inconvenience to conduct an eye exam. When I went back and part of my follow up appointment he asked where I got the lenses I was wearing. I explained they were the trial pair he gave to me during the initial exam. He then explained he was irritated because he couldn't find the identifiers on the lenses... like it was my fault Like I said, if the dr had a better attitude and made an effort to be personable with the patients I would have given them a higher rating.
