I was leary, but the immediate friendly customer service over the phone put me at rest. They did not accept my insurance, but the free eye exam deal combined with their friendliness convinced me to schedule anyway. The great customer service carried on throughout my experience. The doctor was friendly, professional and prescribed a perfect prescription. The glasses were trendy and comfortable (although didn't end up being 2 for 69 as advertised). I ended up with the free eye exam and 2 new pairs with antiglare coating (I really need it for night driving) for $200. Not too bad. The customer service and perfect prescription made it worth it. I will return here.

He took the time with me that day and every day after that until my eye was cleared up. I ended up having to go back to see him recently for another issue with the same eye. Again the staff and Dr. Brujic were on top of it. They have went above and beyond to help me. They are working with me every step of the way. Especially since I do not have vision insurance. I love Quality Family Eyecare! Dr Angela Jackson is the best and her staff are kind, courteous but…read moremost important; they are efficient. No waiting and not knowing what is going on. They communicate every step of the process. My previous Eyecare facility left me waiting and I never really knew what was happening next. The entire staff makes me feel like I am a priority including adjusting my glasses before I leave (free of charge). Dr Jackson is very good at giving me options for treatment as well as recommendations for specialists. I appreciate her guidance and subsequently have had no issues with the droopy eyelid surgery and cataract surgery. Thank you to Dr Jackson and her staff for all you do!!

The staff always helps explain dosage and all the details well, so there's no confusion. Very patient, reading something to me once because I forgot my glasses. I spend my money where I feel appreciated as a customer, so I spend it here.
