From the initial quote to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Their pricing was fantastic and provided exceptional value for the quality and amount of work performed. A special thank you to Victor and Eliazar, who were absolutely amazing. Watching them work was like watching true tree artists at their craft. Their skill, precision, confidence, and teamwork were incredible to witness as they safely brought down my large tree. What impressed me most was the speed and quality of their work. The entire job was completed in about an hour, which included felling a large tree, cutting the wood into firewood-sized pieces exactly as I requested, and thoroughly cleaning up the work area. They left my property neat, organized, and looking great. It's rare to find a company that combines fair pricing, exceptional workmanship, and outstanding customer service, but Superior Tree Service delivered on all three. Victor and Eliazar exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas area needing tree work done. Five stars all the way. I will definitely call Superior Tree Service again for any future tree projects.

I hired AAA Tree Service for tree removal work at my property in Las Vegas. While the tree work…read moreitself was generally acceptable, the handling of the property damage afterward was extremely unprofessional. During the job, the company damaged my gate and fence, landscaping bushes, and the concrete border along my driveway. Claude informed my husband that the gate had been damaged, which he later described as "taking responsibility," but there was no actual effort made to coordinate repairs or resolve the issue afterward. I had to repeatedly follow up for more than a week just to get movement toward addressing the damage. When I requested that the gate be properly repaired or replaced, I was repeatedly told I was being unreasonable for expecting the contractor to pay for damage caused during the work. I requested the company's insurance information multiple times so the matter could be handled properly, but that information was never provided despite the company website stating that the business is insured. Instead, I was pressured to accept inadequate solutions, including replacing the damaged gate with used materials. I also had to obtain my own estimates and manage the repair process myself. I was also told that if he properly repaired the damage, he would not make money on the job. At one point, he also "joked" that he would waive the undisclosed $200 processing fee to help offset the approximately $4,000 gate replacement his company caused. In addition to the property damage issues, debris was left behind in the yard for us to clean up ourselves. Although partial payment was eventually provided toward replacement of the gate and fence, the process required extensive follow-up and unnecessary conflict to reach even that point. If you hire this company, understand that you may also be responsible for managing and fighting through the repair process if their equipment damages your property.
