Simply stupendously good, very good - close to great. As an example, I have never in my life been to get a driver license replacement and go in and get out in 15 minutes... unheard of! Really! And this is not a lone event, ever since moving here over a decade ago, I can vouch for extremely great services rendered. AZMVDNow is a HORRIBLE online service. Tried updating my DL with new home address and decided to…read moreupgrade to Travel ID. DO NOT waste your time doing anything with your DL on AZMVDNow site. After you upload all the extra documentation to verify your address, it takes you to their shopping cart. But rather than just paying for the upgrade service, you pay to "fund" a personal MVD account first, then their supposed to use those funds to pay for the upgrade. However, anything with DL's is different. If something goes wrong with renew/replace/upgrade process (denial or timeout, etc.) you cannot use reuse those funds and must "fund" the account again with another $25 and then request a refund, which you also cannot do for at least 7 days. Absolutely absurd! Its a simple shopping cart - dont make it so complex! The CIO/CTO for AZMVD should be dismissed for incompetence.

People with appointments or walk ins can check in at one of the kiosks in the lobby. You then will be directed to which line to wait in. (A B or C) I was called to the counter at 9:26 am and left the building at 9:39 am. Carmen was knowledgeable and kind. The entire process took about five minutes, start to finish. I almost couldn't believe it. Drew was completely on top of things helpful, efficient, and clearly paying attention to the flow of customers. What really surprised me was the lack of a line. This location is usually extremely busy, but on this particular visit, most people were on the ID and driving test side. The Best Buy Title staff were very nice, courteous and professional and quick. I have a special needs child and she needed an ID. They were extremely patient and kind to her. Three years later we went back to update our drivers' licenses to the travel ID. They are still very nice, courteous and professional. The transaction for myself and my husband was fast and efficient. Usually not a lot of wait time either. We do not live near this business but make the effort to go there as I believe once you find a good one you need to keep going back. Don't let the location or looks deter you. Highly recommend.
