I scheduled my appointment on September 12. Found out the next day I had to go out of town for work for several weeks, not knowing when I could reschedule. I called Monday September 16th and left a message explaining I needed to cancel. Followed up September 19, day before the appointment to confirm it was cancelled and it was not. They will not reimburse me and I only have until October 12 to use the sessions, which will not work for me. So I asked for a credit for a single tanning session and was told their system does not work that way. Which I know is not true. Bad business. Ester just sold the business, good luck to the new owner.

came here with my daughter for a promo they have online…read more they have a private lot that is a tad hard to get in and out of and it's shared by other retail stores and can get busy because there are only a few spots available. the inside was clean and bright. filled with other things to entice you to buy besides tanning packages. employees are knowledgeable and they have a wide variety of packages and tanning lotions you can purchase. tanning beds are clean offering you towels to dry your sweat off after. they even have a phone inside that connects you to the front desk if you're having issues. i love this concept because many times i have had issues with beds at other tan salons and had to get dressed go to the front and go b k to the bed. this is a great convenance. they have an app where you can check in online and then it gives you about 45' to get to the salon and tan. awesome feature. love it. i would recommend this salon. kinda pricey but packages are the way to go.

It looks like a fly but it was not acting normal. Seemed like it had been in there awhile. My room was 20 which is in the back, pretty far. I felt grossed out and I should've told an employee but I was in a hurry and didn't have time. I felt gross afterwards because I could be stepping on something and not know it. The girl at the front desk did not ask me if I wanted anything extra like the extra leg pass or hydration. Maybe I'm being dramatic but that place used to be better in my opinion.

I always check in on line BECAUSE I thought they wanted me too!!!! Here lately IT DOES NOT MATTER!!! They make you wait because someone checked in before you!!! So they say? Why bother then!!! Then you pay a higher price for a higher llevel bed and then place you in a lower level bed for the higher price ? Tonight I was told I had a bed (which was highest level) which I pay ALOT to use MONTHLY and then after being told I was next it was actually taken AWAY and then I was told that I could wait 20 more mins !!! Or take a lower level bed!!! Boy did they cash in TONIGHT FROM ME!!! This has happened to me several times but never like this !? I was given a room and was actually walking into it and then having it taken away!!! I am so confused and ANGRY!!!! I have been a client that has been there from the start in Ft Wayne and it seems no one seems to care!!! No loyalty No Respect!!! The beds are really clean and you can tell it! They are completely clean of residue and after you get done using it it even says "Dirty" on it so the beds cannot be used until they are cleaned again. When you leave there you do not smell like other nasty lotions. The first time you go you get up to a 10 minute session for free! You get a better quality here, by far, for a really reasonable price compared to other places here in town.
