I had conversations at my last visit about doing a monthly subscription…read more When I scheduled my next tan I selected the monthly subscription which charged me immediately. Not a big deal. I scheduled my appointment on September 12. Found out the next day I had to go out of town for work for several weeks, not knowing when I could reschedule. I called Monday September 16th and left a message explaining I needed to cancel. Followed up September 19, day before the appointment to confirm it was cancelled and it was not. They will not reimburse me and I only have until October 12 to use the sessions, which will not work for me. So I asked for a credit for a single tanning session and was told their system does not work that way. Which I know is not true. Bad business. Ester just sold the business, good luck to the new owner.

I found out they were having a $10 spray tan special. When I arrived and told the attendant (the…read moreonly one there) what I wanted she couldn't seem to get the computer to bring up the $10 special. After 20 minutes she finally called her supervisor and whatever she did seemed to work and she took my $10. Then since a line had formed behind me (about 5 people) she helped them and I really didn't know what the procedure was - where the lotion and masks were and the like. She seemed too busy to offer much assistance and when she saw me come back out to the desk she looked at me like - do you need help? I said yes - I had never done it before. In short, she was nice but offered no assistance. Frustrated after being there for 45 minutes and getting no services or help I asked for my money back and said that I just decided to scrap the idea. She was nice enough about offering a refund. Bottom line - if you've never had a spray tan - don't go here. They don't have enough help and you won't get any assistance. They were nice but they need another person there to help newbies like me.

It looks like a fly but it was not acting normal. Seemed like it had been in there awhile. My room was 20 which is in the back, pretty far. I felt grossed out and I should've told an employee but I was in a hurry and didn't have time. I felt gross afterwards because I could be stepping on something and not know it. The girl at the front desk did not ask me if I wanted anything extra like the extra leg pass or hydration. Maybe I'm being dramatic but that place used to be better in my opinion.
