We were called 9 minutes before our appointment time as we were pulling into the parking lot asking us if we could come in later because another party was taking longer than anticipated. I understand that covid testing had caused them to be short staffed, but that is not the customer's problem, particularly on my WEDDING DAY! We were told that they were short staffed because some of the employees did not want to pay for the rapid test. Anyway, we were shuffled into the back room and my mother went first. The employee had brought liquid foundation back and I asked why we weren't getting the airbrush makeup like we had booked. The excuse we were given was that the other party was using the makeup room. Come to find out, there was more than 1 airbrush machine that could have been easily brought back to the other room with us. This fact just makes me more irritated at the service we received. The other bridal party had taken over the salon. They had their Bluetooth speaker blaring and their belongings all over, so we couldn't even be seated in the lobby area while we waited. The most frustrating part was that the employees were also annoyed by thjs rude group but said nothing. THE MANAGER WAS EVEN THERE AND DID NOTHING. I understand they may not have wanted to upset them by telling them they couldn't have their music blaring through the salon. But in not asking other clients NOT to be rude, you pissed off other clients. We were treated like unimportant 2nd class citizens. I will do everything in my power to warn as many people as possible about their horrendous business practices.
