I scheduled my appointment on September 12. Found out the next day I had to go out of town for work for several weeks, not knowing when I could reschedule. I called Monday September 16th and left a message explaining I needed to cancel. Followed up September 19, day before the appointment to confirm it was cancelled and it was not. They will not reimburse me and I only have until October 12 to use the sessions, which will not work for me. So I asked for a credit for a single tanning session and was told their system does not work that way. Which I know is not true. Bad business. The beds are really clean and you can tell it! They are completely clean of residue and after you get done using it it even says "Dirty" on it so the beds cannot be used until they are cleaned again. When you leave there you do not smell like other nasty lotions. The first time you go you get up to a 10 minute session for free! You get a better quality here, by far, for a really reasonable price compared to other places here in town.

The spray tan looked awful. This was not my first spray tan but the first 1 I had at this salon. I went in today to cancel my membership and was told that I could not cancel until after my first billing cycle. I was never told this when I signed up. The sign on the door says cancel anytime! I was never given a copy of the information I signed so there is no way I can look at that to determine if it says anything in the document about this. I would never recommend anyone go to this place.

I do feel that people using regular beds take priority over spray tans. I haye having to wait for a booth to be cleaned while the attendant keeps assisting other customers. I was there first and checked in on line prior to arrival. Please don't make spray tan people wait while you severice 4 other patrons that are using regular beds.
