Premier Services Group provides services for the warranty on our 2025 Viking Range. Our Range oven had been triggering our house smoke alarms every time it was in operation. Ben was assigned to determine the reason for the problem. Upon arriving at our home Ben immediately detected the problem as incorrectly installed Viking Microwave above the oven. Ben instantly diagnosed that the Viking Microwave installers, accustomed to microwave installations for apartments and condos, where fan vents are closed to direct air-flow out into the kitchen room, rather than home installed vents directing airflow outside of the house, failed to open the fan vents for the microwave, which direct airflow out of the house. Within only 1-2 minutes, Ben pulled out the Viking microwave and opened their vents (after showing me their closed position), tested their vents for correct airflow, turned on our oven while the microwave vents were turned on, and wallah!!, the oven worked perfectly!! Ben is arguably the very best service technician we've ever had, and he saved us hundreds of dollars, because he was excellently trained and knowledgeable, but most importantly, honest to the core. I most highly recommend Ben and Premier Services Group, and will be seeking them out for long term service agreement. read more

Thank goodness because I had just gone to the grocery store of course! I took everything out of my freezer and my neighbor next door had an extra freezer in their garage that they had room for us! I got some ice and packed it in our fridge to use like an ice chest. Premier service group came out the next morning and diagnosed the problem. It was our circuit board. They ordered the part and came back the very next day and fixed it. We are so grateful to have such an amazing company to always help with any of our repairs for our appliances. Stay away from this company! They are dishonest! This company provided repair service on the ice-maker of my LG refrigerator for a cost of $621.75. The repair was misdiagnosed. I was told that the repair would be corrected, with no labor cost, only the cost of parts would apply. I was told that the Ice-Maker Assembly needed to be replaced. (I could purchase the genuine LG Ice-Maker Assembly for $171.89.) I was told that Premier Service Group (PSG) could not obtain the needed Ice-Maker Assembly so they would replace a complete ice-maker unit. PSG's cost for an LG Ice-Maker was $231.28 plus $87.74 for a total cost of $319.02. They expected me to pay a total of $940.77 including the misdiagnosed repair. I spoke to Stephanie, Customer Service, I requested to speak to a supervisor. Stephanie stated very rudely that she is the office manager; the only person that I could speak with. I requested a supervisor's email address or direct phone number. She would not provide this information. I disputed the repair cost with my credit card company. PSG provided to my credit company a fraudulent receipt. Their receipt had added information and different costs from my original receipts. After nine contacts with this unprofessional company and reaching out to my credit card company, my credit company reimbursed the majority of my cost. Read to the bottom... First original review: HORRIBLE. Our GC contacted them to fix a tiny plastic part on a Thermador hood that his crew damaged. They came out, charged us $99 on the spot and then we found out that they also charged our GC the $99 trip fee! Now, we are fighting to get the charge reversed. I have contacted them several times and they are not communicative. On top of that, they said the parts would be here in 14 days. 14 days come and go and they said parts will be here in 14 more days. Second update: We had our service call scheduled for today ....finally. This is our second home and we drove two and a half hours to come out just for the service call today. I called to get an update on their ETA. Dana answered the phone and I was told the appointment had been cancelled. I asked why, figuring she would say the tech ran out of time or whatever, which would have been annoying but...it gets worse. Dana says she cannot tell me why they cancelled the appointment and that my account has been notated not to give me any info because I am the "tenant" and she can only talk to the home owner. I said there must be a misunderstanding that I AM the homeowner and I am happy to send her an email with my mortgage paperwork showing such if that is what is required to let "such secret information" out. She said she cannot because she cannot talk to anyone but the homeowner. Ummmm... I just said I could give you that info. She says a name (my general contractor on our remodel that broke the appliance part) is the only person they will talk to because he is the one who paid for the service. I again corrected her saying I was the one who paid. She asks, "What are the last 4 digits of the card?" I give them, she says they are wrong. Ummmm... again... I have proof that this is what you charged. We go around and around for close to 10 minutes, including my husband getting on the phone to try to reason with her (he has more patience for stupid than I do)...no luck. He gets off the phone blown away at how dumb she and the situation is. So... we have waited months to get the parts in and came all this way for the service call today for them to cancel on us (WITHOUT calling, mind you...I had to call them to find this out) and they will not give us ANY reason why and won't talk to us about the situation. This could have been handled completely differently if Dana had ANY common sense. I said I would give my proof of both reasons she gave for not talking to me and was willing to pay for whatever. This company continues to be a complete joke. Apparently Stephanie is the supervisor, but she was out...because it was the end of the day....at 3:30PM. She said she would notate our account and open a ticket to look into it, but won't talk to us or take any info from us about it. Premier Service Group... operating in an alternate universe where common sense does not exist. Latest/last update: They finally told our GC that they cancelled our appointment because of the first / original negative review above. So we removed it all and they rescheduled and came out. Premier came out after they were assigned by fidelity home warranty. They came out because our Kitchen Aid oven would not light up. They had to come out 5 times total. I had no oven from November 2021 to March 2022. They came out and said the igniter needed to be replaced. They came back out replaced igniter it worked one day and back to click click click click and the oven will shut off. Our oven has a spark igniter and after four clicks it'll shut off the gas. So they came back out and said they need to replace the computer. They ordered the computer board and came out again. They replaced the computer and it worked for two days and it's back to clicking and not igniting. The fifth time they came out they try to turn it on and all it did was click four times and the gas shut off. They then Took the oven apart and put it back together and the oven started working again. They then tell me they've done all they can do and now the oven is functioning properly now which it always does whenever they adjust it or whatever they do and then the next few days it starts clicking again. But on the 5th they told me they can't do anything else that it's working even though it was not working at all when they got here. And even when they turned it on they were stumped on why it's not working. But then they tell home warranty that nothing was wrong with the oven and they were sent out for no reason so then home warranty charges me another $75 for sending a repair out when in fact it was not working when they got here. So these people will lie to home warranty that it's working even though when they first got here it was not working and they even tore the oven apart to look for the problem. I even asked him what was wrong and they said it might be a short. So now home warranty wants another $75 because they said the oven was working which it was not. Now I'm stuck with an oven that does not light and I have to let it cycle multiple times before the oven even lights up filling the house with gas. You are doomed if these people come. They will lie to home warranty. They even tell me it's normal for these quick lighters ovens do you have to cycle numerous times before the light. Does this make sense that the oven has a cycle numerous times before even lights the flame feeling the house with gas. They tell me just make sure I have the fan on and I won't have that problem. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & A RIP OFF!! I own a real estate development company and have built and remodeled dozens of homes. I have worked with hundreds of vendors over 20 years. This company is a RIP-OFF!! They quote you a trip-charge, which is understandable and then once they check your product, they do not apply that amount to your cost of repair, which is typical for most busineses in this sector.They charged me $380.00 for 1 hour of service, plus a trip charge of $175.00, not including the part. Almost every service companies deducts the trip-charge from the total when they do the repair-not this greedy company. I was not made aware of this on the phone in advance when I called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with the Service Manager, Stephanie Flores, and she was stern and rude, just like it so many others stated in their reviews. I asked how can you charge over $500.00 an hour(!) for service, and not waive the trip charge, especially since I was not informed of this in advance. She said they wil not, under any circustance offer a discount to anyone, even industry professionals like myself. Her attitude was obnoxious and defiant, not remotely understanding. When you call and speak with anyone there, you get the same attitude. They will not let you speak with the owner, Mr. Leedom, as I was told he does not wish to chat with customers, which is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have American Home Shield, which they contract w/ Premier Service Group On December 28, 2023, My Frigidaire oven stopped heating. I called AHS I made a claim, pd $125 to AHS and they assigned PSG, ON 1-2-2024 NICE young man came to my home, discovered the problem and was ordering the parts. When I have called PSG, they said 5-7 days they would contract me. That was a lie, I email them, no response. And today's date is 1-17-2024. And my oven hasn't been fixed. I would have rated -5 if that were available. This company was assigned by by my home warranty company to repair a wine refrigerator in July if 2022. The first technician they sent mis-diagnosed the issue -- at least according to the second technician who didn't show up until August. After that the only "services" they provided were sending me email notices every two to three weeks for the next three months claiming that they were unable to get the parts required to make the repair. At some time in late November, they apparently sent a claim in to my home warranty company claiming the maximum amount payable under my warranty contract and stating that they had completed the repair. In fact they had NEVER contacted me or ever scheduled or come to my home to do any repair. When I contacted the home warranty company in mid-January (and at least 10 times thereafter) I was either put in hold until their system hung up on me or told by the person I spoke with that they would contact Premier Services and then get back to me. Of course, no one ever did get back to me! So, the bottom line is that Premier Service Group made a fraudulent representation to the home warranty company -- essentially stealing whatever amount they were paid based on that fraud -- and did not provide any actual service to me, Anyone who is even considering using them for any service or for any other reason should run to ANY other company rather than these lying fraudsters. read more

From the first call, the scheduler knew exactly what we needed and assured us the techs were more than capable of taking care of the issue. The guys arrived on time, they were polite, respectful, and very professional. They were very honest about the issue and potential problems that still may come up (which we appreciated). We received service in early May and are so grateful we called psg before the heat really started kicking in. The technicians were really nice when they came to the house but they did not fix the Appliance Connect (the wifi thing) on my Bosch refrigerator (although they did fix the other issues with it). When I emailed customer service, they sent me a PDF from Bosch with instructions addressed to technicians to fix the issue. When I told them I was not a technician, they told me to call Bosch if I needed more help. Very frustrating since I already payed them significantly over $1k to fix it . I called Bosch and Bosch said I needed the technician to come back. Both Bosch and me continued to email them but no one would return our emails. Also, I am pretty sure the technician mistakenly put a small dent in the side of the refrigerator. I told the technician and he took a picture of it. When I told customer service, they said the dent was preexisting because they had a picture of it - wait a minute, the picture the technician took after I made him aware of the dent?!? I told her to check the timestamp on the photo but never heard from her again. I honestly don't care about the small dent, and I guess it is possible that it was preexisting, but nobody in my household remembers it ever being there before the service. In any event, I just want my Home Connect fixed on my overpriced refrigerator after I already paid for their overpriced service bill and they either could not, or could not be bothered to, make it right. read more

Premier service group , they should change their name to worst service you will ever experience in your life group . My washing machine broke feb 4, 2020 my warranty company set me up with premier . The tech came to home on February 11th , he was extremely nervous and called his supervisor several times to ask questions . At one point my husband had to help him because he was unsure what to do . This tech than says he needs to order parts and due to covid it could take up to 3 weeks . I then got a text message stating that my parts had been ordered on February 15th I than got a text setting up an appointment for March 4th for follow up service , at this point it's been one month since I've had a working washing machine A different tech showed up on March 4th he was extremely rude , he was throwing things around he slammed my washer into my dryer , and he banged the front of my washing machine with the box he brought. I asked him if he could please be careful , the tech became upset and agitated because I asked him to be careful , I was home alone and I felt extremely uncomfortable as he was acting very angrily and agitated , he than told me that the previous tech had ordered the wrong parts and their was nothing he could do . I called the office and spoke to the woman who answered the phone , I explained to her what had happened and how terrible the tech had been , she said that she would report this to management and assured me that this tech would not return to my home I waited 7 more days (today March 7th 2020 ) and called the office again , and at this point asked if could speak to management . The same woman I spoke to Prior and explained to her about the horrible way the tech had acted now tells me no You can't speak to management , your claim has been closed , and when I asked why she refused to tell me and told me to contact my warranty company... is this really how a company treats someone I still can't believe this I waited an entire week and my claim was closed and how can you deny someone the opportunity to speak to management if that request is made The warranty company read the notes and said premier said that I was hostile and would no longer come to my home So let me get this straight , I asked someone if they could be careful with my property in my home and that constitutes being hostile ? What was I supposed to do , allow this tech to come into my home and damage my property ? Am I not allowed to ask him to be careful in my home ? I never approached this tech in a hostile way , I felt afraid and uncomfortable by him from the second he came into my home due to his angry demeanor I am going to continue to post my experience about this company on all sites including BBB , no one should have to go through what I've been through with something as simple as having a washing machine fixed . I hope that this tech that claimed a hostile environment knows that what he did was extremely wrong and that what he did and his false narrative he told is not ok. Just because I asked you to be careful that would upset you so much that you would lie and say I was hostile that is beyond worlds ridiculous and unprofessional . The name Premier Service Group would lend you to think that they are going to provide premier service when addressing your high end appliance service issues. This could not be further from reality. Trying to make repairs to our Dacor refrigerator, I asked for a follow up immediately after I paid the deposit for parts. No follow up or timeline was given. An app for the repair was scheduled and I rearranged clients to be home to handle the repair. The same morning of the repair, I received and email stating that a part was on backorder for an additional 3 weeks! "Premier" Service Group did not apologize or offer to refund my original service fee. They stated that it was not their fault. As the owner of many high end appliances, and someone who pays a substantial amount to repair a refrigerator, I expect at least average customer service and at mediocre communication. They offered none of these. When I called and asked about this, they said it is not their fault. They expect my family to be without a refrigerator for nearly 2 months. They do not seem to understand that this is an issue. If you have a high end appliance and expect the money you are spending to include good customer service, go elsewhere. Now they need to order more parts, which should be in tomorrow, but the first appointment available will be Monday the 12th. My first service from this company was 5/14. Said they have no one available to service my appliance. Even though the warranty company said they would be calling me to set up an appointment. The lady that answered the phone wasn't helpful. First time I called, I told her that the warranty co referred me to their company saying that they'd be scheduling service. She said that they don't work on appliances still under warranty. Um, ok... So, I called the warranty company & they called PSG to see what was going on & told me that they do accept Extended Warranties, just not the original manufactures warranty. Um, ok... So, I called PSG back & told the gal that I just found out that they view warranties differently. She said ok (didn't apologize for making me waste time on the phone) and looked for my address...couldn't find find it in her system...then said, "oh, here it is...yeah, we rejected that just now because we don't have anyone available for it." I had a malfunctioning Bosch Refrigerator. Having used PSG in the past, I called them to aid in the repair. 'Customer Service' group was unfriendly and unresponsive. Nothing was of any urgency to them. When Tony the tech came out, he replaced almost everything at a cost of $1,600 but it was no better than when he came out (the freezer was ok but the fridge was not cold). Then when he came out again, the bill was going to be $1,150 to fix a valve. I bought a new refrigerator, which I should have done in the first place. It was a miserable experience and I strongly recommend that you avoid PSG like the plague. I was totally ripped off and on top of that their level of service was terrible. This company is very unorganized. They schedule service then do not show up without canceling or notification. They move appointments without confirming the the new appointment time will work. If you need to take time off work to be there for the repair, check to make sure you have a lot of days because you will need it. My suggestion is to find a company that shows up when they say they will. On a positive note, Dana was very pleasant to speak. However, their office manager (didn't get her name) was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. Please read the other reviews for this company before scheduling an appointment.
