Stopped here on our way back to CA from Sumner, Washington. Arrived late at night so didn't really get to see much. Literally stopped here to sleep. In the morning we woke up to see it's a very nice park. The pull thru site was big with a mini picnic table. When we started to explore the campground before heading out, it started to rain so we got back in the rig and headed out. This is a place with bait and switch tactics. Seems they are hard pressed with customer service. I would tell you they also charged me another day after checking out the day before. Prepaid and charged me to pick a site. Stay clear unless you want your credit card charged for nights you didn't stay. read more

Nice RV Park in Coburg, which is a bit north of Eugene. They have a couple ponds which is nice to see. It was funny to see nutria here-which was in Florida and is nutria in the pond is considered an invasive species in Oregon. The park is next to the freeway but wasn't too loud in the evening and at night. They have a tiny exercise room and a game room. Showers are ok. They also have a small pool and a hot tub. There was a nice store and a room off the store with a fireplace and coffee. That was really nice. Prices are a bit high to be a good value but it's better than another one in the area. Service was good. read more

I wish the hot tub remained open until 10, but was grateful it was well maintained. Well manicured, clean & spacious spots; sites had trees but not to the point were I couldn't access satellite for my remote work! We'd return to this site if we're in the area again. We were there for a weekend, on our shake down trip for our new to us Class C. While the park is nice, amenities were terrific, staff so friendly, the freeway noise was unbearable. We were given a spot one slot over from the I5 freeway. Maybe about 125 yards from the asphalt of the multilane highway. We ended up leaving early, due to the constant roar of vehicles. If you go there, be sure to ask for a spot on the east side of the place. read more

This place is a pretty good spot to stay! I stayed here for two nights, the freeway noise wasn't bothersome to me... but I'm also someone who spent many years in a house that backed up to the freeway near LA, so this was nothing to me. I also had a spot on the opposite side of the park. The dog wash was a nice plus, however I spent 35 minutes waiting for someone to finish washing her dog.. there was barely hot water left (which isn't the parks fault) but also no dog shampoo at all. I guess I expected a dispenser or something of dog shampoo. The dryer also wasn't working... but I saw a sign about not using it too long or it over heats, so that might have also been from the person using it before me. The dog parks were cute! I do think they could have been a bit bigger but they were an added plus for sure! Again, not the parks fault, but our neighbor was pretty smelly. One evening I came home and he had a bunch of seafood he was sorting on the picnic table. It smelt like the ocean for hours. And when I finally got rid of that smell, I was blessed with the smell of cigarettes at 9pm when I was trying to go to bed. Unfortunately 3 of my 4 windows are on his side... so I had to shut all those. Overall though, this place was great! I'll definitely stay here again when passing through! read more

The park is very nice, beautiful with great amenities. However, the constant day and night I-5 noise ruins it. Making a reservation on line, we paid an upgrade for a site that appeared to be pleasant and peaceful facing the pond. Arriving at the park a little after 5pm, office closed, the assigned site material was retrieved outside the office. Arriving at the site we discovered it was literally a few feet from I-5. The head of our bed, slide, faced the freeway making sleeping very difficult. The staff was understanding allowing us to move to a long term site at the back of the park away from the freeway. The noise level was much improved although still quite noticeable. With white noise we were able to drown out most of the noise at night to sleep. However, our last night my wife and I woke up in the middle of the night hearing once again elevated freeway noise. The only explanation we can come up with is there was a shift in atmospheric conditions. The information on the reservation page needs to show the sites that are along noisy I-5. read more

We were really excited seeing all the reviews for the rv park The parks really nice but the noise from the freeway is bad. If you're near thr back of the park better have some earphones to sleep. The spaces that are near the front of the park you can hardly hear the sound when walking around the park. They do have full time residents. the hot tub is occupied almost every night by one of the residents for a couple of hours and the hot tubs only open till 9. The park has monthly rates as well as the standard nightly rates. The have 50/30 amp hook up the park has wifi it has two dog parks at the front of the park it has pay areas for kids. read more

This is one of our favorite stops along the I-5 cooridor. We have been stopping here for about 5 years. Sometimes our stay is short and sometimes it is a week or more. We haven't stayed in a bad slot, but some slots have extra perks and less freeway noise. The Execuitve sites have a nice patio area along with a grill and propane fire pit. These are where we stay for longer visits. They are generally pull in and back out. There are a number of pull thru sites we use for shorter stays. The park is just a short drive away from a number of RV service locations in Coburg which has been very convenient at times. There are sometimes weekend breakfast offerings in the big tent. I haven't had issues making reservations and check in is always fast and efficient. read more

This place was a Good Sam's recommended RV park. It actually was a nice little spot with some premium amenities like patios with tables and chairs or barbecues alongside nice little propane fire features. It's close to the freeway so there isn't really much to explore as far ad nature and if you get a site close to the freeway it can be pretty loud with the trucks going by at night. That being said, there are things to do such as miniature golf, ladder ball, a nice lake to walk around, and a cute little dog grooming station. The registration and little shop they have is very nice and the staff was polite and helpful. Not a bad place to spend the night to get to where you're going. Fantastic stay for one night, but wish it was longer. What a well-maintained property this is and a pleasure to stay at. So many thoughtful options such as a proper dog washing cabin with professional equipment, cute pond with catch and release, small pool but very clean and well-maintained,Community barbecue areas, Super nice children's play yard and a few small dog exercise areas that are fenced in. I never noticed the noise from the highway because the area around she was so well-maintained that it distracts from any I5 highway noise. I so appreciate ownership that care and have a large staff to constantly be offering services like filling your propane tanks for you. There was a mobile RV wash company available and they had an RV wash station to do it yourself which we took full advantage of, and we super appreciated it! The main office, which has a lodge like feel inside, had free Kcupcoffee when they are open and a cute store with grocery and souvenir offerings. The exterior staff went above and beyond you can find them all over on the golf carts, constantly providing maintenance and upkeep on the grounds. They were very courteous and friendly. The most convenient ever location right off the highway is always appreciated. Great job to the owners and all of their excellent employees. read more

We stay at Premier RV Park any time we are in the Eugene OR area. It's immaculately maintained and the staff is pretty accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and they have a lot of pull-thru's. There are a couple of small ponds and beautiful mature trees. Although it is right off the freeway it is relatively quiet. There are great dog-walking areas, pretty good wi-fi, showers etc., however it is on the upper end price wise. Premier RV has locations in Eugene, Redding and Lincoln City. They have a rewards program--stay 7 nights and get the 8th night free. They issue you a card which you MUST have punched while you are there. This rewards program helps offset the higher price of this resort. If you forget to have your card punched and you provide them with proof of purchase they will not add the punches. With many other rewards programs if you forget to present your rewards/loyalty card at the time of purchase you can do it later. For instance, if you send your boarding pass to the airlines they will add your miles, or if you send your receipt to Red Robin for their loyalty program they will add your purchase--but not so here--so don't forget! We have stayed here at the Eugene location four times and this is my only complaint--otherwise, even though more expensive, it's a good value. This is a very convenient location for some wine tasting and you are very close to the spectacular Oregon coast. read more

A truly beautiful park with lush green grass, picturesque mountains all around, a lake that includes geese (and their goslings) and ducks, the friendliest and helpful staff - such a lovely setting with great facilities and conveniently located right along the Hwy 5 corridor. This was our very first RV Park stay (just two nights) and we can only hope for similar experiences down the road. We'll be back! We easily recommend Premier RV Resort in Coburg, OR. Their location is conveniently placed close with easy access to all your needs. The park is kept clean and neat at all times. We have a 45' Class A, towing a pickup. There are sites that may be a little narrow for more than a day or two. You will be able to possibly change your site if needed for a longer stay. I have read about excessive noise which is no more than to be expected when being assigned close to the freeway. However not really excessive. It all depends on the insulation of your equipment. We where unable to hear any outside noise with windows and door closed. I enjoy watching the various trucks moving North and South. Convenience of location is worth bending a little. Nice little store on Premise's. Convenient car washing area and a pet center area is included also. It is worth at least a nights stay when passing. See for yourself. We have been coming here for many years in a row. Great location, just outside of Eugene. Always treated like family by the staff and love their attention to detail and cleanliness. There is always someone buzzing around in a golf cart making sure things are in order after they escort each of us personally to our sites. Fun pancake breakfasts on Saturday. On a funny note, Just make sure there are no U of O home games playing when you book, the place is solid Duck central, which is awesome and this is coming from a WSU Cougar! Love the fans! read more

This is a far stretch from a "resort "...the water is hard on Heath and appliances; the WIFI is pathetic; the noise and pollution from the highway is annoying; there's a oversized kiddie pool and tiny hot tub. Overpriced and the few transients, that have been next to us, during the last year ( lockdown),said they would not come here again. On the upside; there is good provisioning options for food and repairs, but other than that: it a overpriced trailer park. P. S. The "Premier Resort" in Redding CA isn't much better; paid for a "premium " site which was on a hill... don't even want to see their other resort!!! F. Y. I. read more

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way north in early May. It was a very nice park. The landscaping was a joy to see, everything was blooming. When we left there my husband said that he would have liked to stay longer. If you need propane you just put your tank out at the end of your site and they pick it up fill it and return it. We stayed here for one night. We have realized you get what you pay for. I think they are well priced for what you get. We got their $5 breakfast which was delicious. They have a lot of fun stuff for kids and one awesome dog park. The park is well kept and beautiful. The staff were very friendly. We recommend to anyone weather it's a long stay or short. read more

Theft alert. Do not keep any of your personal belongings out or your car unlocked. For the price we pay to stay here they should have security patrolling the grounds, especially when the park is aware of the theft problems. read more

This place was great. I recommend the spaces facing the large pond. The full timer area is toward the front portion. There is a small playground for the kids. I was able to walk daily and felt safe. There are laundry facilities, dog wash, hoses for washing vehicles. This place is freeway accessible. We would return. read more

This is a well run park, clean and modern. I see some felt the price was too much, well you get what you pay for. Staff fantastic! Say again staff fantastic! The pool was good , the hot tub better. But then agin i prefer them since you can use all year long. And very clean, i know i checked! Food in the store was very reasonable , better then most stores in rv parks. I loved the stay. Only negative is road noise ,,,, light sleepers will have a problem. Perhaps as they grow they will afford a sound barriers like they do in Arizona . Our favorite R V park in Oregon. We have started a 2 month trip to the east coast. This is our jump off park. Staff is great, park is so clean and well maintained. Beautiful fountains at each site. Level sites. No complaints, even the ponds are well kept.. No flying bugs.. Just can't find any negitives. Thank you Eugene for a great staff, beautiful RV park. Looking forward to our next visit. The park is very expensive but the service of a manager name is Deborah & mark pinson is the rudest person very disrespectful I paid for the executive spot $486 a week but the service was so bad they treat you like shit The reason I say I had a beautiful barbecue with three guest of my family members came to visit me she came on a golf cart and got violent at me because I didn't registered my guess and paid three dollars a person I wasn't aware of it they cannot bring vehicles because they do not have parking they won't let my visitors use their public bathrooms their attitude was very bad yelling and screaming for no reason I told him I wasn't aware of the three dollar charge they even asked me if my visitors needed to use the bathroom because they can't do it in the park unbelievable this lady needs psychiatric help and I wanted to speak to the owner to get your information phone number she did not give it to me this person needs psychiatric help read more

This is a lovely park and its only drawback is being as close to I-5 as you can possibly get which the Resort itself can do nothing about. Nevertheless, we were close to the back where the road noise is the loudest and it didn't keep us awake at night. The Park is attractive and immaculate and the sites are spacious. If you desire more you can upgrade to table, chairs and a gas grill at your site. We would definitely stay here again and will be sure to keep the other Premier Resorts in mind as we travel. read more

Very disappointed with this "resort". The clerk at the desk was on the phone to her tech person and barely acknowledged my presence. She copied my credit card since her computer was down then continued on the phone and forgot to give me back my card. I asked about a discount for Good Sam or senior and she said the "discount " was included in the price. I couldn't tell that there was any discount given. The entire time she stayed on the phone. We were put in a site that was barely big enough for our truck and trailer. The WiFi is so slow it is basically mom existent. Can a place have too much to offer? In the case of an RV park, yes. It's a very nice facility, but they have more than you're ever going to use unless you live there or something, but they charge you for it anyway. It was nearing $40 to stay in an RV park, which is just too much if you ask me. As for everything else, the layout is nice, and you have a good amount of room with a grass area on each side. The bathrooms are nice as well, and the showers are very good. It's probably the best in the area, but if you're looking just to crash for a nice or two, there might be a cheaper place in the area. read more

This is parking lot type RV parking. It is not my favorite but needs to be done at times. The tiny bathroom needs to be power washed. Premier Resorts are generally very clean though (compared to most). You can hear the freeway even in the farthest spot so expect that. It was $37 a night too, on the high side. There is a cheaper place, Armatage Park that is $30...but no WiFi and bathrooms are pretty bad. Soooo, try to get out of town if you can. read more

The place is super clean, the breakfast set-up is REALY good. The dog facilities were excellent.

It is a park and there are trailers, but this is not a "trailer park", this is a resort. Yes, there's a freeway on one side but the other side is open fields and tree covered hills. Everything looks clean and new. Landscaping is lovingly cared for. Neighbors are quiet and friendly at appropriate times. Staff is amazing. There are regular community activities scheduled, such as pancake breakfasts, ice cream socials, and karaoke nights. The new dog park is super cute and would be perfect if we had a little trailer dog. Make sure to reserve a spot well ahead of your planned trip, and be aware of ten year age rule on your rv/trailer. read more

Our stay at the Eugene Premier RV Resort was amazing! The grounds are perfectly manicured, and the view of the pond beautiful & relaxing. We were surprised to find the stylish patio, decorated with a nice table and a BBQ with a filled propane tank. The parking space included a clean & level asphalt area with full hookups and a side area for our truck. The breakfast offering, nearby Camping World store, and wonderful nearby restaurants added to our love for this resort. It's the PERFECT site to stop to and from our visits to WA.
